Staff and manager are rude and their comprehension of a simple question is ridiculous. Seriously, attitude over a simple question and getting rude at the customer is unacceptable. Irritating to have to deal with this when just trying to buy some food. Do better.

Asked for a plain chicken sandwich, asked the women at the window if they're making it plain because she said "regular chicken sandwich" she responded "yeah they're making plain" well obviously not because its not plain. Honestly how hard is it to do the simple sandwich, they also gave us rice instead of fries, this is crazy because i normally dont have issues with food being wrong here its usually some missing sauces. Maybe I got them on a bad day.

Very disappointed in this location. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals. We were asked to pull forward and park to wait for our food. Their were 3 cars in front of us and we waited over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. They also gave us the wrong sides. I expected a lot better from such a new location. The franchise owner definitely needs to spend some time getting this location up to par.

Spicy Chicken sandwich bun was hard as a hockey puck. Fries were cold and soggy, and biscuit was dried out. Couldn’t pay by credit card because the system was down, at least they thought it was. Adult employees joking around with each other, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. After visiting this location now I know why so many have given 1 star. I probably won’t be back to a Popeyes ever again, and have already told others about my horrible experience.

Hot and juicy chicken sandwich each and every time I go. Great service. Stands out in terms of professionalism from other Popeyes I've been to.

food was terrible and the staff in the kitchen messed my order up 4 freaking times after repeatedly telling them over and over what I exactly ordered. Management was trash and the customer service would be a 0 if could rate it, never will I eat here again when my food isn't on time and especially messed up I'll eat at KFC from now on !

Was told to wait 15 minutes for wings. They forgot about it and had to go back through the drive thru. Completely unprofessional and rude. Manager just walked out instead of resolving issue before leaving. Then they tried to make amends by giving and extra wing. Biscuit was hard and overcooked. Very disappointed with our Popeye's Restaurant experience.

Go to KFC right across the street. I’ve come here several times. Line is always small and slow. Got up to the menu in the drive thru looking at the menu… says 10 pc family meal. Little kid on the mic wanted to be a little smart$$ about what’s available. I know what the sign says…and KFC is right across the street… probably should lean in with some customer service training. A lot of opportunity at this location. Every other Popeyes no issue.

Location: 1350 E Main St, Rock Hill, SC 29730After the 3rd trip through the drive-thru, I must sadly give popeyes a generous 2 stars. The dining room is NEVER open at this location when I go, so I am forced to drive through. Trip #1: No chicken at all had to go elsewhere. Trip #2; left side items off my order and only a couple of menu items available. I asked if my order was checked b4 driving off. I was overcharged apparently, and food was cold and old.Trip #3 (and last ever); only chicken nugets and spicey strips available. Ordered mael and extra side. I asked if the order was correct before driving off. Missing extra side and food cold and old. No utensils.Drive-thru attendant complained profusely about people coming back to complain.Never answers the phone after leaving the restraunt to report missing items.WORST MOST IRRITATING PART ABOUT VISIT: EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A NON UNIFORM HOODIE THAT LARGELY SAID "[email protected]%K PEOPLE" BUT WRITTEN PLAINLY!Employees: The general attitude of the employees of this popeyes location is, from loud speaker to window, horrid.Food: Awefull and seldom available.Price: How do you describe not getting half of what you ordered and paid for? OR a way to be reimbursed? Wont answer phone and doors always locked.I gave them 3 tries over 2 months.I'll probably never go to a popeyes chicken anywhere again.

Let me say this some of you people just like to complain. Dealing with customers who are rude and cussing you out is a hard job. As a former employee people y'all need to understand that the staff goes through a lot with being under staff. Now remember when going to the speaker have your order ready because y'all will sit at the speaker not knowing what you want. Give them a break. FYI CUSTOMER'S ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT.
