The best spicy chicken around but it always a LONG wait to get the yummy chicken. I guess the delicious chicken is worth the wait but it can be annoying. And now that you cannot go inside and it's all drive thru it's even worst. But you can't blame them if they can't find people willing to work. The fried chicken is the best around but the wait time to get your order sucks. And many times the workers don't acknowledge you when you're waiting to place your order. They are too busy talking to one another. I love the chicken too much to stop coming back.
This Popeyes is the worst! The cook and the servers don't wear hair nets or hats to cover their hair. I thought it is a must to wear hair covering? On top of that the worker look like crackheads and very nasty. I must tell you they got me on my GOOD DAY! Because I am not nice when people are nasty......I can go to a million and that's a good number for me. The most important issue here is the food! The chicken was very salty and not cleaned lots of feathers and guts in the chicken breast. I will be contacting Dehec regarding this restaurant this place needs to be closed down for real!!! I will advise everyone not to go here.
Ordered a 3 piece spicy white combo tonight and received a mild recipe of two thighs and a drumstick. This is the third time in a row that my order had been wrong at this location. I would have checked the order before leaving but the lady that packed the order REPEATED my order to me when she handed me the bag. I guess they do not know the difference between wings and legs anymore. Needless to say, I will never go back to the location again as I'm tired of orders being wrong. Can't even contact the restaurant as their vm is always full and they never answer the phone. Sorry excuse for a franchise.
Worst service I've ever had. I watched the employees all take a break at the same time while traffic wrapped around the building. THEY SERVICE NO ONE FOR 15 FULL MINUTES. If I could give a negative star, I would. This place is in desperate need of a manager. Now that break is over, I'm guessing they cook one piece of chicken at a time because I'm going on 20mins in this line and only had 3 cars in front of me. They have the doors locked too so you can't even go inside to place an order. This place should get an award for the worst service in the entire state if South Carolina. I've never seen anything like this. If you want to see true incompetence at its very finest, come to this Popeyes. They display it like no other place I've been to ever. Disgusting.
After sitting in the Drive thru for nearly 40 minutes, I was specific about what I wanted and received a order that wasn't even close. No professionalism at all total disregard to paying attention to detail.Not to the Owner and the employees of this establishment. People work hard for their money and when customers patronize your business they expect to get what they ask for.
I felt like there were people with cameras filming the reaction to the ridiculousness of this experience. No less than 20 cars in the drivethru. An extremely rude worker with a chain from her nose to ear chewing LOUDLY in my face. Over a 30 minute wait for two sandwiches. TEN CARS parked out of the drive through waiting for orders. Filthy store. This place needs new management, more help or close. This is unacceptable.
I went just a couple of nights ago after work so it was near 7 at night. The lady who assisted at the speaker was very kind and courteous. Even ensured my food would be made fresh. My wait was not long and the food was still piping hot once I made it home. Will return again.
Friendly customer service. The guy on the speak was nice, I just needed him to speAK up. The line is slow but that is not a big deal. We got the family tender meal. I like the tenders but this time they had too much breading. The hard crunchy pieces were too much for my teethThe biscuits were dry but the honey helped it. The fries were not fresh. They didn't have any warmth or heat feeling to them. Overall it was a good visit.
Order placed on app first time used. Arrived at Popeye's to pick up. I told manager that I did not receive verification of payment I didn't know where that had gone through or not what are you give me my order anyway said it was on him. I showed him my order on my phone.
If you thought mama's chicken was good then sit tight and listen to this gospel. If you want the best mouth orgasm you've ever had then roll up your sleeves and pull out your napkin and get ready. The spicy chicken sandwich will make more then just your mouth dripping wet. Once you take that first bite, it will have your toes curling up in your shoes. I'll tell ya what, my first kid was born because we got this mouth watering sandwich. 10/10 if you don't order this I'll just assume you're on birth control.
