Pizza Hut never changes same Russ same sauces and toppings reasonably priced. Friendly employees and ready to help you. Wheelchair-accessible entrance parking and seeding. Easy in an easy out as they're located in the shopping center which has a light that allow you to get in and a secondary exit which allows you teether enter or exit but it's a little tougher seeing how there's no light...

I order 40$ worth of wings 30mins before they closed and when I called to make sure my order would be delivered I didn’t get an answer. My food never showed up and they didn’t even have the decency to call my phone to inform me or refund my money now I have to wait til morning to contact the store manager. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut to nobody

Called in an order to the Herlong location and placed my order.Got to the store to pick it up and they had no order in our name.We found out the # sends you to an answering service and your order is transferred to the store. The manager called the service and was hung up on by the answering service. The manager was very apologetic and made our order quickly and even threw in a desert for free. She went above and beyond to make it right for us.Too many times we get upset with the person at the counter for things that are out of their control.I will definitely be going back to show our appreciation

We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 stuffed crust 1 pan pizza, I never had the stuffed crust pizza until I ordered it from this location. When we got it, it looked nothing like the commercial. The crust had cheese but the rest of the pizza crust was razor thin and it just was not good. I am not sure but it seems they mixed the stuffed crust with the thin and crisp option, bad combo, again on the commercial the crust (not the part that has the cheese) doesn't look razor thin, its looks like a normal crust not too thin or thick. The pan pizza that we also ordered was as expected.

Ordered a three topping pizza and was totally shocked by the miniscule amount of toppings . I realize it was a Sunday during football playoffs , but I have never seen such small amounts of toppings . The delivery was fast and friendly , as it should be for a $9 upcharge with a tip . Just wondering if there is a 2 per slice ingredient limit now . I am noticing the background photo on this page , our pizza looked nothing like this , not even remotely .

I ordered the triple treat box that was advertised. I got 2 specialty pizzas and even made one a pan which cost $1 more. All together 42$ with delivery and tip. There was barely any pepperoni on the pepperoni lovers pizza, and the cinnamon rolls were tiny and not as many as advertised. If I would have known I would not have ordered bc I was feeding 4 teenagers and we had to cook anyways bc they were not full.

I went to curbside delivery and waited more than 20 minutes from time pizza was suppose to be ready. No one ever came out for curbside. I watched 2 other cars that were there for curbside, have to walk in to get their pizzas. When I went in for mine, They just said HERE and handed it to me. No recognition of anything just sent me on my way.

Make the food taste and look edible. The cinnabon rolls were under done and mushy. The pizza was overcooked and cold. And please dont get me started on the cardboard breadsticks. My kids live for the days that I get pizza but REFUSED to eat this mess. $30 down the drain!!!!. I wish I could give no stars!

Honestly we have been to this location several times and our order is always messed up. Last night we decided to give them one more chance and the other was messed up again. We were not given things we paid for. Everything was cold and burned. Just a bad order. We called and were offered a refund. Then called back a few minutes later to be told to bring it all back for a refund after we were told to just throw it away. I'm still wondering how we were supposed to return the items we never received.

Ordered a medium cheese and medium pepperoni pizza. Both pizzas were over-cooked and dry. The sauce and cheese were about inch away from outer crust. Very little sauce or cheese on either pizza. A total of about 10 pepperonis on whole pizza. This isn’t the first time and seems to be a new trend for this location. Either they are trying to cut costs by skimping on ingredients or they have forgotten how to make a good pizza.
