I tried Penn Station for the first time and was not disappointed. I got a 12" cold cut sub and added avocado, and it was super delicious! My sister got the chicken teriyaki which was also really good. For both subs(hers was a 6") each with a side and drink was a little over $30. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dining area wasn't very clean. The woman who took my order was friendly-good customer service.

We ate lunch here. My cheesesteak was delicious but my husband's salad left a lot to be desires. A lot of iceberg lettuce and too few slices of meat. If you want gluten free options try somewhere else. If you want delicious subs, eat here.

Love coming here!! My boyfriend and I have been craving cheesesteaks lately and this is our absolute go to! Always delicious, fresh, and made right! The staff has always been SO pleasant and wonderful!!

Fresh and delicious! Service friendly and accommodating. Hand cut fries are wonderful!! This place never disappoints.

Very good! Hot subs and bread that doesn't get soggy. Fries are also phenomenal, and staff is friendly!

Food was good, love the fresh cut fries. Could stand to be a little cleaner. The staff was not particularly friendly.

Currently inhaling my cheesesteak and hot fries right now! Best Philly in town and the medium fry is enough for 2 people to share. Service is great!

We placed an order with Cathy the Manager at store 117 for a corned beef Dagwood with turkey “sautéed peppers and onions”. My thoughts were that they would be bell peppers and onions. I was making an order over the phone and assumed the peppers would be bell. My order was picked up by a family member who was in the store when the order was reiterated to me on the phone. Cathy stated that my sub would be with “peppers and onion” not “banana pepper” which is fine.Upon receiving my meal I realized the “pepper” was a banana pepper. My kid is highly allergic to banana peppers so i called back to let them know the issue that we hadn’t touched the sub and if we could come back to get a sandwich that would not send my kid into epileptic shock. When I explained to Cathy (the proclaimed manager), Cathy said dismissively “Ok, we’ll we can make another one but you’ll still have to pay for at least half” when I asked why and explained the danger it caused, Cathy falsely proclaimed “When I read back the order over the phone I stated banana peppers” l. However my family member who was at the store to pickup, and myself over the phone only healed Cathy say “peppers and onions” which is FINE. But don’t lie about it to excuse yourself from not wanting to help a customer.I told Cathy that it was a shame and I’ve worked in plenty of food service establishments. It doesn’t cost much to remake one sub that for goodness sakes could kill someone. I asked for their name and the store number. Cathy at store 117. Cathy stated they were the manager. We used to frequent this store often, and have NEVER had an issue. But I will not be returning under Cathy’s management.

Patronized this business frequently years ago when employed close by.... was passing through and decided to revisit. Cheesesteak, small fry, med drink... $16 ! WOW .... so my expectations were high. I felt like I was a bother at the register and was was disappointed with the meal. (lacking flavor and seasoning / fries sour from sitting too long). Very little value and nothing else to justify it. Sorry guys... there's too many choices out there. If it was 8 or 9 bucks, I probably wouldn't take the time to write this.

The staff here is comparable to Chick-fil-A! They are very welcoming and attentive! I can only assume it’s the manager, bald older gentleman, but he is next level! Being a business consultant, I see very strong characteristics in this man and his team!Y’all keep it up! I’ll be coming here far more often! Excellent work!
