I ordered off door dash and paid foe a decent meal while I was at work. When it arrived only 2 breadsticks with no sauces, and my sausage and shrimp pasta had no sauce. Worst meal I've had in a while I will be telling no one order from here on door dash because they don't care if your order is right or not. I will be bringing this up to door dash as well

Food is decent but ordered off door dash twice. Both times they left out entrees. First time they left out half the order. Settled it through door dash but you know what a headache it is when you have waited an hour to get half your food and have to start over. Tried to call number listed. No answer. I’m done. Wish them well but I’m going some where else next time.

We did not enjoy our meal at all. We ordered off of Door Dash not knowing this was a division of Ruby Tuesdays. We ordered the family Chicken Carbonara with Mozzerella Sticks for an appetizer. First, our meal was supposed to come with 4 bread sticks but we were only given 3. They gave us a tiny cup of marinara sauce that didn't last cause it was only half full (maybe a tablespoon of marinara was given to us) and tasted like Ragu. The Chicken Carbonara tasted like they used bacon bits - it had that fake processed taste - and the sauce was sub par. Hardly any veggies like peas and the mushrooms were paper thin. Long story short, this place is WAY OVERPRICED for poor quality food. I don't mind paying top dollar but I expect good tasting food. The cost of the appetizer is close to $10 and the pasta was $37. We will not be returning (NOR EATING THE LEFTOVERS) and will hope for a better italian restaurant to come about in our town. It's sad that I have to throw so much food away but it was just that BAD.
