Though I walked in w/my cane. There were 3 employees on staff and no other customers around. No one offered to help w/ the 4 items I purchased. I also didn't like the political stickers placed on the cashiers window in the front of the store. Food was a bit pricey, but good. Items were ready when I arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Female emploee who answered phone was polite (Other 2 staff were male). Customer service and overall "vibes" not so much.
They have these pictures everywhere. Keep your political opinion to yourself. Also, they talk over your food and they don’t wears masks. This is my last time going to Papa Murphy’s.
1st and only time I would order from here. I called and even told them about my experience and they said I'm sorry, did not offer any compensation or reimbursement! The pans burned and set off my smoke detectors, I thought they were going to catch on fire in the oven! The stuffed crust pizza only had minimal cheese in the center when I paid for extra. Terrible pizza and customer service.
Love love love this pizza. My fave is the one with chicken, spinach and artichoke. Was upset when the one in Matthews, NC closed. Please bring one to Indisn Land, SC!!!
Our first time at this location and we had a great experience! Ordering online was very easy and quick and the jack o pizza was just as advertised. Very tasty and so cute!! My daughters loved it! The cookies were also delicious. Will definitely be back!
Pizza tasted great! My only issue is you have to bake the pizza yourself but thats their chains way... would still buy again.
Even though i have to travel 45 minutes to the closest papa Murphy's every time, this is my favorite place to get pizza ❤ my favorite is the 5 meat stuffed! Always fresh ingredients and delicious every time

I got the Hawaiian Pizza. It tasted great and it comes with the cooking tray to cook it on. Go try it out!! It is located a couple of doors down from Harris Teeter on Celanese.
