So this is my second time getting pizza here. Both times did not give alot of toppings or cut the pizza. This time they completely ruined the toppings and didn't follow instructions. They just gave me toppings in a cup but I'm fed up with this $20 pizza and they can't even follow the simplest instructions. The pizzas crust is thin and falls apart. I ordered stuffed crust but i guess the cook tonight didn't want to do his job. Just go to domino's..
Horrible food. Sauces were not delivered. Very greasy New York Style. Jalapeño pepper looked like someone had took a bite off of it than threw the stem back in the box.
This location has delivered the wrong order to me three times in the span of three or four months and once not delivered anything to me at all. When the customer service is poor and the employees communicate a level of annoyance when you point out their mistake, I wonder if they would consider how my friends and I feel knowing you seem incapable of doing the one thing your business is supposed to do: cook and deliver food to the correct addresses. It's happened too many times now. Beyond a mediocre (and sometimes missing) taste to this "pizza," the incompetence and indifference alone drive us away. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I placed a order online for delivery. The tracking says the pizza was delivered but I never received anything!! I called the store and they just put me on hold and then hung up!! I’m hungry and so upset
Ordered dinner at 6:11pm with a school aged child, trying to be easy and convenient... As of 7:29pm, we still have no pizza. Was estimated at 37-47 minutes... Very, very disappointed. Premium money for sub par service...Update, pizza arrived at 7:40 pm, made wrong, garlic butter cups upside down on my pizza, leaking onto the pizza, and cold... Dropped the review from 2 star to 1 after arrival condition
I ordered a pizza, was told it would be delivered in 25-45 minutes!! I got it an hour and 45 minutes later!! If I had been told that I would have called someone else!! Next time I will!!
My order was done cooking and in the preparing mode for a good 15 to 20 mins before it was out for delivery therefore it was cold before I got it also I was missing my 2 litter of Pepsi and when the delivery guy brought my drink he gave me a Serra mist
Worst ever. Never be back. Got a veggie pizza-just bread and sauce. Threw that $20 away!
Pizza was basically raw in the middle. Definitely not coming back.
I want to give a huge thanks to Papa Johns on celenese, I put in an order for delivery this evening (liam and I slept late for a nap) I recieved a call from Door Dash saying my order was picked up by someone else. In the mix of confusion (because I didn’t order through doordash nor recieved my food) I called and talked to the manager, I explained the phone call I recieved and that my 2 year old was looking forward to pizza .he apologized and explained due to no drivers (exception of 1) showing up, they partnered up with door dash to get deliveries out. He was like “oh yeah, we definitely have to get little man fed”. He gave me a full refund, and had his driver bring me pizza. Thank you for going above and beyond sir
