It arrived cold. We ordered garlic knots and the sauce cup didn’t even cup with a lid so it all spilled in the box. I was visiting from Florida and I guess this will be my last time ordering from this location.
I placed an order over the phone at 12:26pm. ( just like I always do .) waited about 45 mintues. Left my house to go pick up my food . Walked in employee was on the phone . A personal call… ignored me standing there . I stood there 4 mintues . She hangs up and I gave her my name . She then said it would be a wait . Meanwhile…. I asked her what I ordered and it’s wrong , then to top it off …. They had an entire screen full of orders no one was making the food , they were letting the phone continue to ring . I would highly recommend not eating here . The guy in whom was one the line stepped off about 4 times and never washed his hands after he was touching the computer going to the desk etc. I’m highly disappointed . They need to do better because today’s experience was beyond nasty and unacceptable. I understand short staff, but nasty staff isn’t the way to go either .
My service was fast and super friendly. My pizza was nice and hot with 3 thick peppers to enjoy! I can't wait to go back;
I have eaten from here for 33 years and have never had a problem they always deliver me pizza I have nothing to eat and a ride to go so once again I’m gonna order me some pizza to be told that they don’t deliver here And hung up on me I live less than 5 miles it’s Friday, December 3, 2021 I will never eat Papa John’s again in my life
My wife passed and this is the first time I ordered it I'm disabled and not able to do took 2h to get and was the coldest pizza I have ever got if I could send a picture you could see how old it looked very un happy
I ordered a 12 inch pepperoni pizza with a 10 inch cheese bread, instead this is what I received. I am Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Today 11/01/2021, order pizza at Papa John's on main Street Rock Hill SC, no problems no issues small nice place!

Can't even answer the phone and then an hour to make ONE PIZZA? What a joke! Won't try ordering from here again. Bye bye Papa John's, Hello Pizza Hut ??
