Every single time I order from this location, something is wrong. The first time I ordered half Bacon Half pepperoni, they put it on the whole pizza. The second and third time they forgot my wings TWICE. And tonight they made a buffalo chicken papadia with EVERYTHING on it when I clearly chose "Make your own papadia" and ONLY put chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce for my VERY picky son. Thanks again for dropping the ball again for the 4th time on this order.
Door dash orders never ready for pick up. Have to wait every time I arrive. Orders should be made and ready just like any other order that pops up. Their customers are also my customers, when I wait, they have to wait, and they shouldn't have to wait to be last just because it's door dash. Other Papa John's locations ALWAYS have my orders ready when I arrive.
With the way the prices are going up on stuff French bread tomato sauce onions green peppers so on would taste better anyhow the reason why I'm really not happy with these people as I had a $50 bill on a $25 bill a pizza he goes where you don't accept anything larger than the 20 I could understand that if it was a $20 order on 100 or something to that nature the managers are letting these employees get away with stuff that is beyond helping businesses I'm starting to cook home more often
They now have a call center and it's not worth the aggravation. Reason order food online and wasn't givin the opinion to add a tip. I redid the order 4 to 5 times and it still wouldn't give me the option. So called the location and it sent me to a call center. Once I explained everything to the lady 3 times she sent me to the location and I kept getting hung up on. NOT WORTH IT.
Foods alright. Usually hit or miss. My issue is with the delivery. Now hey I get it . Everyone has bad days . But you’re delivering pizza. How hard is it to be professional doing that? Cursing, repping gang colors, yanking out the pizza any kinda way. Come on man. You lose tips that way, and jobs if enough people complain.

They have okay customer service. They said my pizza had arrived and my order was complete at least 15 minutes before he actually came. They never answer their phones and they only give excuses. My order was right but my advice is to never pay for your delivery before it arrives. Pay cash upon delivery so if they take forever, you can just order door dash and refuse the order.
Absolutely unacceptable. The food was atrocious cold as Ice. We didn’t even receive our blue cheese we ordered. And they rushed our order. Do not eat here
