Can our server was awesome food was great will eat here again.
I placed a to go order here and waited almost an hour in my car for it. I eventually walked inside to go get the order. When I walked back to my car and opened the nachos that I ordered they looked like this. Trust me when I say it looked more appetizing in the picture than it did in person. There were probably a total of five chips with toppings on it. I walked back inside and asked the lady if she could have them remade. She told me “our nachos come like that”. I hope to god they don’t actually serve their nachos like that because I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. She finally said she would send them back and ask to have them remade. When she came back not even two minutes later she threw them on the counter and walked away saying nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

1st off Happy Father’s Day. Today we celebrated Father’s Day with dinner at O’Charley’s. We were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait, but we’re okay with that. (SN, we were seated within 15 minutes). The hostess sat us, but it took a little longer for the waitress to come back to take our order. Shortly after another waitress approached and took over. Still in the mist of a pandemic and a restaurant full, she shined. She continuously checked on us as she passed through going from table to table. Even the managers were on the floor pitching in to make sure everything was going as well as possible. The kitchen manager Jonathan Deese, (I read his name tag ) even brought our check and to-go cups. Krissy (Rock Hill location) provided outstanding customer service during my Curbside To-Go visit. I pulled in, but hadn’t placed my order. She promptly came out to assist and placed it for me. Her demeanor was pleasant and patient. She made sure that I had everything that I needed and packed them neatly. After having a crazy morning, it was a much needed refresher to see her smiling face. She is one of the best!! I will be back to see her ?

Loved the salmon, but the potato soup was too salty. The restaurant seemed short staffed, but staff friendly.
Our dinner was terrible. My chicken tenders were over cooked and dry! My husbands catfish was not cooked correctly. Worse meal ever!
Food was fabulous! Baylee did a great job in making sure my drink was refilled the entire time I was there and made sure I thought my food was satisfactory. Amazing service.
Nikki provided the best service for our AAU basketball team. She and her team delivered our delicious food with care and made sure we could watch other games on the television. It was an awesome experience!
