I do understand we are in need of help everywhere in fast food i manage a restaurant so I understand but the attitude I got today was very horrible I took my grand kids to get ice cream and I place the order online when I got there I gave the lady my code right after that she said her machine was broke very very understood but why be so rude about it . I have been to 3 McDonald’s in this area one was like where not taking orders for 15 minutes the other one we just sat there I just left not one time was i upset are rude . I do this to for a living and I do understand but what I don’t understand is being rude
My fries were cold. That is always a huge disappointment. I want my fries fresh out the grease that im chasing them with my icy cold coke. ? Service was outstanding!
My sandwich had a ball of hair! The staff was rude VERY!!! And they also wouldn’t give me my money back! Don’t recommend this McDonald’s.
I just went through the drive thru line, the man in the car on front of me pulled over after getting his food (something was wrong with his food) he walked into the restaurant where I watched him hand the bag to the women behind the counter, who then took the food back to the kitchen looked through the bad, and then brought it to the drive thru window and tried to hand it to me!!!! I watched this man dig thru the bag and unwrap the food!! I told the employee that this was not sanitary and against restaurant protocol… Especially during a pandemic. Her exact words “ I mean it’s not that big of a deal” along with an eye roll and an attitude.I can only imagine what else happens inside that restaurant if these employees were bold enough to do this right in front of me, and honestly think there was nothing wrong with that!! I’m appalled
This food was so fresh, it was like I jumped into the fryer and smoothered myself with golden french fries. The staff gave me my food with a smile and I smashed the burger in my face. The end. Will return again for more food.
My fries were hard and cold no salt , my chicken filet on my chicken sandwich was so overly done and hard I couldn't even eat it. And oh yea my strawberry creme pies were to! And dont forget about the nasty freaking yea with NO SUGAR AT ALL!! UGH WHY CANT WE JUST GET OUR FOOD WE ORDER CORRECT?
Extremely rude staff. Every time I come through the drive thru this dude constantly ask if I'm going to tip him. Even if I've only ordered a drink and small fry. He continues pestering me about it. Very unprofessional. Not only that but I've paid for extra pickles often, but the last 3 times I've gone they haven't given my extra pickles. Won't be going back anymore.
This location needs to learn more communication skills. I placed my order at speaker ...asked for food items and a large sweet tea extra ice and a cup of ice. Pay at the 1st window. 2nd window I was greeted with food that was right...but the tea had no ice and a cup of water. They were out of ice. Of course they allowed me to change my tea to a soda. But the order taker should have told me outta ice to begin with. Slowed up the drive thru line.
Waited 18 minutes for our order. Wasn't bought to the table as we were told. Burger was Luke warm. Staff were loud. Manager? was sat in the resteraunt on his laptop on a call. Tables and chairs were not clean. It's macdonalds....... what do you expect.
Shouldn't have to check your food before leaving to make sure the employee put nuggets into the clearly labeled nuggets box. Check your bag before leaving - Or better yet, Don't eat here!
