I went to McDonald's and ordered the Big Mac meal. I took pictures and unable to post them. My big mac had big burned distasteful beef burger. When I was in the drive thur window. I was handed two sweet teas. The manager came back yelled out the window. I need those two teas back. I gave her the two teas back cross the window. I thought all restaurant policy. Once it goes out the window. You don't take in back into the restaurant per DHEC laws. This was my experience today at McDonald's on my gallant.

I come here every morning for my sausage egg McMuffin and every single day the outside lane moves hella slow. The lady that runs the outside speaker tells u to wait. This place isn’t fast food when I literally sit in line for 15 mins before even getting my food… I get here every day at 720 and headed to work at 740… just sad I would go somewhere else if there was anything closer to my work.. now the people that take my money and hand my food I will say are always polite and do a great job.

Other than the York location, this location is the best in the area. They don't overcook your fries to a hard piece of dried potato, or any of the other choices they serve. Quarter pounders are to die for, really great food. I do have an issue with the plastic clear cups. They don't retain cold like the white paper wax ones, so drinks are usually not cold for long. Not sure why the change, the feel is different too, but thats a corporate decision i suppose. Overall a great fast and clean experience everytime!!!!

VERY short staffed!! Crew did the best they could, but 5 delivery drivers inside, and 20 cars in line buried them. The tall crew leader was amazing and upbeat...very enthusiastic!

The girl taking orders 2/11 around 4pm was super nice. I had a rough day and she really cheered me up. I know that’s not the purpose of the staff working at McDonald’s nor do I depend on random people to cheer me up or make my day better, but she did. Thank you guys for going above and beyond and hiring good people. This is why I love this location. Thank you guys so much again.

This location is rapidly going downhill. While we all understand the struggles the food industry is experiencing with the labor shortage, a lack of empathy and concern from management fosters an atmosphere of ambivalence towards service. After waiting for 20 minutes for a sandwich and an order of fries, I had to walk in to the restaurant to find out that someone else had received my order. When I asked for my refund, the manager didn't address any of my concerns, apologize for the situation, or even pretend to empathize.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It took for ever to get our food, it was ice cold. My daughter ordered a shamrock shake and was told they didn't have those yet. So they asked her if she wanted a frappe instead. She ordered a mocha frappe then they gave her a caramel frappe instead. By the way there was no one else inside at the time so it's not like they were busy. Before we left my daughter ordered 2 cookies and a icee to go. They gave her 2 burnt cookies and forgot the icee. When she finally got the woman's attention again she looked at her like she was making it up. But guess what her icee was sitting there right behind the woman. This McDonald's is horrible, go somewhere else.

I was there a few weeks ago after placing an order using the app. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and when I finally got to the window I was told to pull up. The excuse given was "there's just 2 of us in here ". I was angry but decided to let it go as it was around 2 am. I just went there again. Used the app. Get to the speaker and a female voice booms "You got cash?" I explained I used the app. She said they couldn't take app orders. I said but they've charged my card. She says not until they press a button. So what I would like to know is what prevented her from being able to press a button? Or why they were only taking cash? It sounds to me like these ladies at night are running some kind of scam to line their own pockets or are just to lazy to be bothered with customers. This use to be the best McDonalds in Rock Hill. Now it's worse than Burger King on Heckle Blvd. Horrible service, pitiful excuses and sub par food. You've turned a lifelong McDonald's fan into a full blown hater. Guess I'll spend my unwanted money elsewhere from now on.

This location is by far my favorite for Rock Hill. Every time I have a craving or am fighting with other locations, this one never fails to do their best! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for McDonald's in this area
