Waited 30 minutes for food at 9:09pm. Was brought food and still not have alll food. Another 5 min for the other item. Never a believable apology. Joke is what this one is.
Went through the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese. We waited in line for 15 minutes to get home and find out it's not even cooked all the way and the bun is so soggy with grease it completely deteriorated when picked up. Absolutely disgusting. I will never go here again and I will deter anyone I know from going by this McDonald's.
I ordered a #1 Big Mack Combo.Service was fast.Fries? were fresh and delicious...that's what I was actually craving.My Big Mack was perfect and I scarfed it down.Good job to the McDonald's crew working tonight. You are on the ball.
Incredibly Bad. Understaffed. No processing of customers. No one is working the front register. After purchasing at the kiosk, customers have been standing for 20-30 minutes PRIOR to my standing and waiting for an employee to take my order for 17 minutes. We already purchased a happy meal and sandwiches at the drive-thru and came in to order more. After the customer in front of me met her limit, she left. Two customers waited 20-30 minutes to be handed the food they ordered and paid for at the flat-screen kiosk (they seem to be installing at all locations in what is now an apparent move to dodge accountability to customers), my daughter and I also left the line without being greeted or helped. The only bright spot was the apologetic employee sweeping the dining area, a very nice man with glasses.DO NOT GO HERE.
Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions and no pickles. Received 1 cheeseburger with onions and pickles and one without through the drive thru. Had to pull in a parking space for the order.Went inside to make the corrections and I waited another 10 minutes for them to correct the order after asking about the cheeseburger 3 times.No apology was offered.Disappointed!
Customer service was perfect. However after eating a few nuggets I noticed a hair in between two of them
No registers were open and in attempt to order on the kiosk the option to change drink size wasn’t available. Asked for assistance. After a very long time someone came out to help. They couldn’t figure it out either and they were very rude. Customers shouldn’t to be treated that way. Since they were unable to resolve my problem and didn’t seem to want to try To resolve it I left. The men in the other side of the kiosk left as well because they couldn’t get help. McDonalds in Rock Hill lost two customers today. I won’t be back there and I don’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone.
It's McDonald's. It's what you expect it to be. The only thing I can say is: at least (at this location) no one stands out as being super rude (like they have at other locations). I don't like the way the drive thru is set up but there's not much I can do about that (except, maybe, find another location to go to that doesn't have that problem). Trust me, if it wasn't for my kids (and the fact that I'm being forced to live in a not so great situation currently), I wouldn't ever go to a McDonald's. It is what it is though. Over 15min after place online curbside order...watch like 20 cars go thru drive-thru and after I order there waant cars and then few cars showed up they still got there food before me.Yesterday they was worse as well. Wouldnt stop here again if wasnt so close.
My husband ordered online and I went to pick it up. He ordered a total of 5 burgers, 3 fries, a 10 piece nuggets (that is supposed to come with 2 sauces) and an additional 4 sauces. I picked it up and realized when I got home that the nuggets and all sauces were missing. I tried calling to correct the problem but I think the phone is off the hook because it keeps giving me a busy signal. I didn't want to have to leave a bad review, but it seems to be the only way to contact anyone (short of driving all the way back there).
