Mobile order curbside pick up took 3X as long as drive-through still only 15 min just thought it would be as fast as the drive through the man who brought it out was very politely and they were busy fry’s where cold and not one of my sandwiches was right looks like they put the wrong ones in the bag really they didn’t do anything right when I say the man was polite “polite” for McDonald’s Very unhappy also I don’t like that my order was 1909 and the sandwich I got was 1611 as a pretty big difference in numbers how old was that sandwich
The machines were broke for the ice cream the machines were broke for making something else we ordered a machine broke for something else play machines were broken the girl here with a smart aleck attitude you know me customer service customer service but that's your customers you got no service and this customer you don't have no more none of you McDonald's today. I know we got going on that do open it up and let you sit down I would never let you sit down. They do look it up

Food was just okay..not very hot. Cashier never said anything accept for my total when I went to pay and my order number when it was ready. No thank you..no have a nice day..nothing.
Front line worker had a very bad attitude .Had older lady..needed some help with the menu. And she was very helpful..as I sat there waiting on my food. It very sad to see.
I consider this the best McDonald’s in the Rock Hill area. Even when busy, the line moves along at a good, consistent pace and orders are accurate. I’m not a big fan of the main menu, but McDonald’s breakfast is great.
The BEST SERVICE/FOOD I have ever received from ANY fast food place. Hands down best McDonald’s around thank y’all again I will be back!
Terrible customer service! I put in the wrong curbside number for pick up i called to let them know what happened and the lady who i spoke with was very rude!! If you dont have good customer service skills dont work in a fast food restaurant especially if you can't handle the busy that comes with it as well.
Just left a few minutes ago my food was terrible our fries cold no sauce for my nuggets no straws for our drinks we went through the drive thru at McDonald's on herlong
They had one person In drive thru and she was running both windows taking orders and passing out food the manager was nice also my hat goes off to people like them
