We had an awful experience, made worse that this was a birthday meal to bring to school.We ordered at the kiosk, were handed an adult drink, then waited about 15 minutes before an associate asked what we were still waiting for. She realized the order was missed and told the staff to "make it a good one" due to the wait. No receipt was given.After arriving at school with the meals, we discovered the food issues. BOTH Happy Meals were missing the box of chicken nuggets and one didn't get double fries as ordered. We were cutting up my 1/4 pounder burger to give to the kids instead, but it was pink so they couldn't get much. One of my daughters ate half of her apples before we realized they had a reddish brown tint, then we discovered both bags of apples expired today. Apples don't brown unless they are unsealed or really old.Of course, with a short school lunch time we can't go back and get it fixed then come back to school. And it's not worth the 20 minute round trip to have to stand in line and argue all the points. So they got our money and we got little food.In summary - no receipt, a long wait (forgotten order), missing the main meat item in 2 meals, wrong side item on one meal, expired/rotten side item, and an undercooked third main item. We paid around $20 for a partial meal which was partially edible. 1 stars for getting some of our food, some of which was edible....
Employee tried to buy their own lunch with my card when I went through the drive through. Had to go inside after all. They acted like it was my fault that my bank notified me that I had a double charge for different amounts on my card. Had to demand a refund. They really condone their employees stealing from customers. Please don't let this happen to you.
Despite all the bad reviews regarding service we were in and out pretty quick with fresh food. We went between 1p-2p through the drive thru. I would only recommend cleaning the outside parking and driving area as trash was flying around.
The McDonald's app did not work so free fry fridays did not work. Yes they had shamrock shakes when I asked but no their machine was not working so they really did not have them, as with the majority of McDonald's I have gone too not one could make the shake.
This is typical McDonalds fare. No surprises. The staff at this location seemed unwilling to service the customers. It was a total inconvenience to ask for ketchup. The drink area was messy, missing drink lids and straws. The kiosk didn’t work properly with no “tents” available so we annoyed the counter person by ordering there. The employees were playing in the ladies room while the line at the checkout grew. The drive through line was backed up and we witnessed one car leaving after waiting too long. Try another location in Rock Hill.
USUALLY all is GREAT here BUT we asked for 2 breakfast platters with eggs, and please put cheese in the eggs. 1 platter with bacon other sausage, hash browns, pancakes and add 2 apple fritters....BUT we received 2 platters with PANCAKES...and 1 with bacon other was sausage... .hmmmmm NO EGGS, no HAS BROWNS...Just 3 pancakes each....Oh well, will try again..Apple Fritters are ALWAYS GREAT !!
I haven't been to a McDonald's this bad EVER. The cashier taking the order was rude to customers, she went outside with her phone in hand and came back in without washing her hands and started preparing orders. Have no idea where the manager came from but she too came from the floor and went behind the counter and started bagging without washing her hands. The kids working had their pants sagging and just looked uninviting. ? There was a lady in front of me that was complaining her order was not correct and the young lady(the rude one) said "well, you didn't tell me that, just hurry up I ain't t got time for this" I couldn't believe that she acted that way, but I couldn't belive the customer didn't ask for management, but I know the manager knew why was going on because she was standing not far away. Now let's get to the food. I ordered a mcchicken but they gave me their new chicken sandwich(which was horrible). I will never stop back in to that McDonald's again. They have a lot of work to do to clean that place and fix their team. Good luck with that
I love Mcdoanlds! Love to eat it while I travel. However, this is… without a doubt… the worst I’ve ever encountered. It took 19 minutes for me to get 2 mcchickens. There was nobody in front of me in line. They had at least 5 people working (i counted) and the wait was still 19 minutes. I think management is the problem, not the employees themselves.
Me and my gf went to McDonald and the employees were very mean and rude to all the customers,including my gf as well. I have never seen the worst McDonald’s in my life. We will not go back to this McDonald’s ever again!!!!!!
As of December/January 2021/2022, this location's service is consistently poor and the wait times are very long. I live nearby and occasionally test this location but the wait/service has stayed consistently poor over the last few months. I'd love to see an improvement as the location is convenient. The Cherry Rd location is a much better option if you find yourself craving McDonalds.
