McDonald's the only restaurant I go to that just bout every employee ignore customers. I can stand at the counter for 5 minutes and not a single person will say hi, welcome, I'll be right with you... Don't make a difference if they are working or not. At my job you are greeted at the door or anywhere in the store. If I have my uniform on, trust me I will say hi, welcome, how are you doing? Anything to acknowledge you!
The drive thru wasn't moving fast. This was largely due to being short handed. My son and I decided to go inside and ordered directly from the self-serve kiosk. While waiting I noticed that the young lady helping to pack food was also eating fries and dipping them in sauce. She didn't wash her hands :( I know it's hard to get breaks when you're shorthanded but please wash your hands after eating and it would probably be a good idea not to be eating on the line where customers can see you. The food was hot and fresh!!! I would have given five stars if it hadn't been for the young lady eating fries and not washing her hands.

Yesterday was awesome but today when I ordered the same thing from yesterday the quality was 10x worse. When I asked the staff if they’d fix it they weren’t too happy and made it worse lol. Not about to jump through hoops over a $12 order but it’s kind of sad how a iced coffee and ketchup I convince the staff so much.
They should close the dinning room if they can't take care of those customers. Then focus on a faster drive thru until you are properly staffed waiting 30 minutes inside is just not acceptable.
Super great experience here at this location as usual. I love coming here on my lunch break throughout the week, as well as after church on Sundays. The staff is always so nice and helpful, even the weekend staff are so nice. My Burgers always fresh in the french fries always taste like they just came out of the fryer, and were freshly salted. And what made this trip extra special is, the ice cream machine was actually working! LOL thanks again guys for doing such a great job
So I normally go to this location for the convenience of it, as it is right next to Winthrop's campus. They aren't usually the fastest food option in the area, but they are among the more affordable options. I occasionally have problems with orders, however, with items getting left off or modified incorrectly.It isn't consistent, but it happens often enough to be worth mentioning. For example, today I ordered a crispy sandwich, and they forgot the actual chicken patty on the sandwich? (See attached image) I'm here often enough that I can say it isn't a super regular occurrence, but it happens enough to be worth mentioning.
Is McDonald's I mean what more can you say fast food at a quality price in a timely time manner you can't ask for more
Chocolate shake came out looking like chocolate milk with a little bit of whipped cream throat on the top the second shake came out wasn't even a chocolate shake it was a cafe latte the food had to be taken back in twice and it was still wrong.
