The southwest chicken salad was the best salad I have ever had in such a long time. Wasn't sure about the lime vinaigrette dressing but it just made the whole salad and it was banging.
Half of my food was pretty good so I can't give 1 start, but the service here is terrible and my salad came without dressing. First time I called the phone rang about 15 times, was answered and then got hung up on. Naturally I called right back only to have it ring forever again before someone answered who couldn't help me and Manager Molly was too busy to come to the phone for a customer.
Only got a tea, but the place was very strange. No music on at all inside so it was eerily quiet. The staff was quiet as well. You could hear whispering from the back area but no one was there. Also the people at the tables weren't talking at all either. Just staring off into space and going through the motions of what one would assume people eating would look like, almost as if in a play or movie background.
Great food. Gorgonzola, and steak salad was fabulous. Service is always great.
Overwhelmed staff trying to do their best. The cook sounded like she was trying to train the kitchen help while prepping several orders.
Always fresh. The menu choices are able to cover an array of taste buds. They even have the choose 2 options which is what I opted to get. Great lunch options.
I've frequented this place a lot over the past 3 years and it has always hit the mark except for ONE time. I consider that an isolated incident and management made it right immediately, so no harm no foul. If you're looking for some tasty guilt-free food, try them!
Please address your front of house staff that was working on January 15th at 4pm, wearing a pink shirt and very unhappy to be at work.We ordered:Two sweet teasOne cup of chicken dumpling soup.We watched the woman working complaining about not having sweet tea before we ordered and huffing and puffing confronting another employee.She then gave us two UNSWEETENED TEAS. We told her and she didn’t offer to correct.We waited 15 minutes for the cup of soup (there were only 2 people in the entire restaurant, they were NOT busy).We walked out with no sweet teas and no soup. Disputing the charge. She didn’t even notice we walked out or needed service because she was to busy pouring sugar into cooled unsweetened tea, which won’t work. Sucks for the next people.
Location is usually pretty good but sometimes a miss
Items were left out of my order I spent 50$ for and when I called they were rude and blamed door dash for those items not being in the bag with the order. The manager wouldn't even come to the phone to speak to me. Even as one of our favorites, I will never order from this store again. Unacceptable on a non rush order.
