Ordered takeout around 9 pm and only one guy was there making the food. It took a little longer after I got there because he had about 7 delivery orders to do as well, but it was still very timely and it tasted great. He was nice through it all too and had a great attitude. The owners are definitely not paying their people enough or scheduling right, but 5 stars for the ones making them their money.

Good pizza but has become totally unreliable. You don't know if or when the pizza will come. They don't answer their phone.

I didn't order or go to this Marco's because of all the 1 star rating. Over 6 months of customers saying poor customer service, the owner replies back with I'm sorry but obviously the owner doesn't really care because they are still getting 1 star poor customer service ratings. So it doesn't seem the owner fixed anything.Sad part is I Love Marco's.

This pizza is the best around! They also have sandwiches , desserts, and more! They made our pizza very fast for pick-up and the employee on the phone was very helpful and nice. We love this pizza place!

I had the worst pizza bowl from here last night. It seemed like a bunch of rookies working, when I walked in. The pizza bowl had hardly any sauce. I paid for extra cheese, and it had hardly any cheese on it. It looked like whoever made it didn’t take pride in their work. Everything was just thrown in the middle, and it was half of the pizza bowl, that I normally get. I feel like I paid $13 for $3 worth of food!!! Train your employees to get it right, or just don’t offer them anymore!!! This is the second time this has happened. Three strikes and you are out!!! 1 more time, and I’m done with Marcos!!!!!!!

One star because 0 stars isn't an option! We have always loved Marco's pizza, bowls and salads, but will find another favorite. Terrible experience on last night. Placed on on-line order for pick-up. I spent over an hour and a half waiting and being told that my order was coming up, then it was in the oven, then being boxed...the order was actually lost and hadn't been started. After an hour and a half I asked for the franchise owner's name and number and was screamed at by the manager. She finally calmed down, as did I and we ended the night amicably. I understand that during this economy where nobody wants to work that they were experiencing staffing problems, but after my order was finally prepared and I got home with it (over 2 hours after it was ordered) the order wasn't right. Actually the pizza was made without sauce...no sauce! Then the meatball bake was missing sausage (they were out) so they added pepperoni. It was all sauce, a few meatballs, 9 slices of pepperoni and a small amount of cheese. The Greek Salad was great, except instead of Greek Dressing we got Ranch! ?Very disappointed, very sad...BYE MARCO'S!

Orderd 2 large pizzas on 12/24 via phone at 1110 am. Arrived at 1130 as instructed. Needless to say the pizzas were not even put together. The male person (1 of 4) in the store was confused to say the least on what was needing to be done. I watched as pizzas were being made. No masks, no gloves and NO Handwashing as employees did a number of tasks in the store and then went immediately to putting pizzas together. Manager was wearing a dirty shirt and pants as well as a filthy coat. When I received to pizzas at noon needless to say. One with the white sauce had red sauce. And the toppings on the all meat pie was lopsided. Needless to say. I won’t be returning and neither will the other 4 people that tried to eat the mess

I understand times are tough with Covid and employees being overwhelmed with orders. Our online order was canceled without us being notified. We called to see what was going on and they hung up on us, placed us on a 10min hold, then on last call they said someone quit and put us on hold again. For future reference please call your customers and let them know what’s going on if our order can’t be made.

The pizza is delicious. I'm absolutely addicted to the build your own pizza bowls. However everything I've found says the location didn't close till 10. I work 3rd shift so I pulled in around 915. Sign still said they were open but when I tried to place my order the employee's seemed to be lounging in the booths and I was told they stopped taking orders at 9.

Whoever was answering the phone at 1:15 PM on 10/3/2021 needs to seriously learn what customer service is. Changing my order to carryout and then proceeding to blame ME without contacting me first is laughable. If I wanted a side of attitude with my pizza, I would just go to Pizza Hut.Thankfully there are plenty of other pizza joints in Rock Hill that are better than Marcos, personally I recommend Millstone or Empire; much better uses of your money.
