Service was great. Everything we asked for got to the table. Food was a little lacking. "Loaded" baked potato had a dab of sour cream, 10 shreds of cheese and a couple of chive pieces. My steak was passible but not terribly good. My wife's chicken was great.Overall, not a recommended use of money.

First visit to the Rock Hill location. The service was great and the food was great also. The server was pleasant even though it was a busy evening we were still seated within 30 min of arriving. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was awesome. A great experience. Thanks Longhorn for not letting quality and customer service take a backseat as we transitioned thru the pandemic!

Excellent the food was delicious and the service was great. The manager was so kind. We were seated under an air conditioner and was freezing.y son in law spoke to her and immediately she had the sur turned off. Thank you to the manager and waitress for being so kind. Blessings to you both

One thing I can say is from the day they opened, so many years ago, always top quality food and service. The Bar is excellent, the food is excellent, the ambiance is always on spot. Longhorn is " thee" place to go for steak, no comparison. No waitresses dancing, or some of the things other places do to distract you from thier food. Service is always polite and top notch. I highly recommend them for family or friends on a night out.

The place was packed when we got there which was understandable that the wait was almost an hour but we get seated and it takes a while to get a waitress. Our waitress was great but the food runner was rude and inept for example all of the appetizers were put in front of the wrong people, she slammed the plates down when she delivered them and was hateful as though she resented having to be there. We had all ordered steaks for our entrees and all were ordered as medium rare/ medium but everyone's steak came out a different way. One of our entrees was way over cooked and burnt so we sent it back right when everyone got their food and it took until everyone else was finished eating before the waitress even asked if we got the steak back. We sat waiting for the steak and then when it came it back it was half the size of the original steak and still overcooked. It was not an experience that I ever want to repeat.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because of the Service and Wait list feature on the App. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.Visited on a Friday night and they were super busy. Used the wait list feature on their App and arrived when they recommended I arrive. Upon Check-in was told there was a 40-50 min wait. Not sure what the "Waitlist" feature does for you as they told a couple before me that had not used the app the exact same wait time.I understand restaurants are understaffed right now but that doesn't mean the service they provide should be substandard. I'm willing to patiently wait for our meal knowing they are spread thin but, mistakes like wrong sides, receiving the entree before the salad (which had to be brought to the servers attention and then was asked "do you still want the salads"). Well yes, if it is part of said meal and I am paying for said meal then I do want the salad, thank you.Our server was obviously over-worked as she mentioned several times to us and proceeded to sit and rest at our booth attempting to build rapport. She also mentioned her lack of time to take a bathroom break and then go have a smoke. I'm a nice guy and have empathy towards others but I was just put off a bit by this unprofessionalism.Hopefully this was just an unusually busy night and they can fill their shortage of waitstaff. I will say the food was very good, kudos to the kitchen staff. Steak and lobster tail and grilled shrimp were delicious.

Went to dinner At your location yesterday around 4 PM. Our waitress was Ebony. She is a breath of fresh air. Made sure we had everything we needed. kept our drinks full and even discussed various seafood with the person with me. If you have an employee of the week award it certainly should be given to this young lady. She is fabulous and an awesome waitress!

I wait 1 hour and 10 min hour for our food tonight and I understand with staffing and the crowds waiting for tables and to go orders can be over whelming. But to wait for and hour and some because they was behind and I get it and get this salad with the wings and etc and this salad cost 4.49. Compared to the salads I seen in the restaurant for the ppl eating in was worth 4.49 nice big bowl. But what I got it barely filled up the container. I will never order any salads to go from here and waited patiently for it. I will go off the next time if I do. This is ridiculous. If this is the case I could of went to subway and got a garden salad for the same price and more salad. So fyl dont order a garden salad to go from Longhorns unless u can go in the kitchen and fix it yourself.

Best steak I've had without me cooking it! The filet and the ribeye were cooked to perfection. Salad was fresh and crisp, croutons we very good, dressing was delicious. Should have added the sweet potato. Mango margarita was out of this world. Server was very attentive and friendly.

I’m not even sure where to begin… But this entire experience culminates with the steak I’ve attached in the photo. I’m want to preface this by noting that I worked in food service for over 15 years, including being a general manager of a restaurant in a large city. At 6PM, I called ahead to check on seating for a party of 8. They said, “when do you want to come?” I said “How about 7:30pm”. They Said “that sounds great check in when you get here”. Well guess what… we showed up at 7:30 and they told us it would be a 40 minute wait. 40 minutes go by and they say another 20-25 minute wait. During all of this I ask why It’s so long when I called ahead… They said “it would be even longer if you would have just showed up”. At this point… there were NO people left waiting for a table. So I’m not sure who who we ‘beat out’ for a table by calling ahead so early. (We didn’t leave at this point because we had already invested so much time in waiting that going anywhere else would have taken even longer). We were finally seated at 8:50PM. We got seated and having had ample time browsing the menu, ordered immediately. Our drinks arrived… then, eventually, our bread arrived… then our entrees arrived. But no salads. Our server was as confused as we were and went to check. After 10 minutes she came back and informed us that they were out of salads. Now, that seems like something that should have been noted when the last available salad went out. But then they discovered they have “to-go” salads prepared that they could give to us. Salad crisis adverted. Now about this meal of mine. You’ll notice that there is no side on the plate. Thats because I ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Instead, I received a semi-raw sweet potato WITH SOUR CREAM. Again, our server was great and immediately fixed the back of house mistake. But this steak… Initially my plate was switched with my girlfriends (meaning the employee didn’t know the difference). She had ordered a 6oz sirloin and it looked nearly identical to my 12oz ribeye. The only difference being a slight size difference. I asked my server if I had indeed been given a ribeye, to which she confirmed. I asked her to send the manager over. The manager confirmed that this is indeed a ribeye. She informed me that they no longer cut their steak in house and instead receive them dry vac’ d. THEY THEN COOK THE RIBEYE ON A FLAT TOP GRILL. That was probably the most unbelievable part. This is a very, very low quality cut of meat and its cook on a flat top. It is absurd to charge $23 for this entree at a steakhouse. I had a childhood fondness for Waffle House. And when I go for the occasional hungover breakfast, I would expect this quality of steak from the Waffle House steak and eggs breakfast. It would be a perfect hungover $12 breakfast meal. If this sort of food is what is to be expected from the Longhorn brand nationally, I will never set foot in one of these establishments again. There are plenty of other chain steakhouses to choose from, and I strongly suggest you also choose another option.
