If you're gpong to order from this location it would be best if you order online to avoid the hassle and lying employees. I was on hold for over 20 minutes attempting to place an order. I had enough time to drive there and and once I arrived there well there was only one customer inside the store . When I walked up to the register and asked why was I on hold for such a long amount of time she stated that they were busy and couldn't make it back to the phone. I pointed out that there was only one person in the store waiting for an order and asked to speak to the manager which did not help at all.. Complete attitude attitude and disregard for my concern.. She then also stated that they do not take over the phone orders.. This would nice to know before I was put on hold. She then denied ever receiving my call. Which I then held up my phone(Was still on hold) with their store phone number. I asked for a corporate number to make a complaint and she denied me that as well. I still placed an order because I was in a rush and did not have time to go anywhere else. While I am standing their I hear them arguing with each other a out how long I was on hold after she had just denied even getting my call?. After I did my research and made a complaint with corporate I was informed that this is a franchise location but are still suppose to go by little Caesars rules. One of them being answering the phones. I could of accepted everything else but the lying is tasteless. Little Caesars do better!
Ordered my food online. Then delivery driver took and gave my food to someone else. When I called the wonderful customer service representative at there store said not there problem that is between you and doordash when I asked for door dash number little girl said you have Google look it up!I will order nothing from them again and don't recommend that anyone else does either
They were busy as usual but still super polite (even when face with a "gentleman" raising all sorts of hell for having to wait a little longer than the estimated waiting period he was given. The staff are mostly very kind & respectful, & that's always despite how busy they are. My order came out perfectly & right on time! There have been a few times in the past where I'd preordered online but for some reason still unknown to me, I ended up waiting for at least an hour after my initial pickup time (for a small order of 1-2 basic Pepps). Still love going to this place though!
The food was great. The customer service was exceptional. They were prompt and polite. The store was clean, parking was accessible and clean. I would definitely recommend this location and if you have a chance to go inside and meet the people who run such a great store, please do so.
Ordered pizza online to be ready at 5:15 pm. I placed this order at 3:00pm. I get to the store at 5:20 and it’s not ready. It took 20 minutes for me to get my order. This is complete bs. Second time something like this has happened in the last month
Use to work here.... I quit and come back before, and there was mold in the pizzas, like literally growing in the dough... They lied to me and told me I was getting more money and ended up giving more money to kids to put them in "management" just because they were having sex with each other.... horrible business to have in the community, when the focus is on teenagers having sex to get a promotion.
Crazy calazone is really good but they forgot the dipping sauce and I ordered an extra one. When we got home there was none ?
On 12/12 my boyfriend ordered 2 pizza’s at this little Caesars. The order went through no problem. When we went to pick up our pizza, the store was locked and the lights were off. However there were several employees in the back. There were also several other customers waiting outside. One lady was waiting almost an hour and spent $40 on the pizza. The employees never gave us our pizza and refused to refund us. The cops were eventually called and they spoke to the employees. They said that we needed to come back to the store the next day (12/13) to receive a refund. My boyfriend went back today to get the refund and they told him they could not refund him because the manager wasn’t there and they were in the process of training a new employee. They told him to call back in an hour because the manager would be there. Once he called back, the employee we spoke to told him he needed to call customers service and then proceeded to give us a number that does not work. Now nobody is answering at the store. Lol. I have no clue how these guys are still in business.
I order 3 pizza and picking up 10 minutes before they closed and got there early and they straight up say we're closed and I haven't got my pizzas. Haven't got my refund back. And also they closed it at 7pm, but the store said 10pm on sunday.
The best way for me to describe my experience: 2 hours of pure ignorance. Management has no clue.Cashier and cooks seem to have forgotten how to wash their hands, and the food was so bad my dog yelped and ran away ?. Pizza-Pizza was bad-bad.
