Worst place I been 2.Of course I sat in line from 5:50pm and it's now 6:22 and I'm still the 3rd car. My food was cold and how can burnt looking food be cold though smh. You all need to do better smdh. N it's not that hard to not burn biscuits, it doesn't take that long to cook it and I know this because a lead manager in the food industry n have been so for over 20 years. No offense but get someone in there who will work n make sure u don't run out of items or be behind because where I work n cook at, we don't run out of nothing on my lunch shift....
I ordered bbq wings. I made it abundantly clear that I did not want anything hot or spicy just plain bbq sauce. The wings were so hot I could not eat them. I will not be going back to this location. It seems to be getting harder and harder for people who don't like hot or spicy foods to find things to eat.
Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes to have my order taken! A car goes around me and go straight up to the window to place their order. When I finally get to the window, they are out of everything!! Highly upset and won’t be back! Ridiculous!
The slowest KFC on earth. Fine dining restaurants are quicker. Expect 30 mins of waiting if there are 3 cars in line. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Store #j870008 My mother gave cashier 20 for her food was not given correct change . The cashier gave my mother my aunt receipt instead of hers . Long story short the girl calls manager begin to embarrass my mother . Saying they have no record of my mom paying for her meal . (( so how if she didn’t pay for her meal that she knew she wasn’t given the right change back ))? To accuse 74 year old woman stealing food in front of other customers . SMH first the drawer should been counted you found your money was 20 dollars over!! Somebody owes my mother apology!!! My family will not eat there again ! My mothers has been crying her eyes out over this how embarrassed she was how someone would excuse her of might well stealing !!!
This is a hit or miss place. Have had fresh good sized nicely cooked food and greasy tiny chicken pieces with cold veggies. Good friendly Customer svc is not consistent either. Fair prices with drive thru svc only. No military discount. Check your food before leaving window since you may have to get back in drive thru line to make a return.
Great to have some beyond food now but the wait at this location was crazyyyy
Drive thru only. They do have extra crispy chick but sometime have just original.
The 2 guys who were working during rush hour with no help are rock stars. Food was great.
Impressed with food and service. Server polite and competent. Becoming rare to have a good experience even in good restaurants.
