Cold food, bad service and the employees act as if they hate their job. The young man at the drive thru acted as if he didn't want to be there. I greeted him and he looked me right in my face and didn't say a word. When he handed my debit card back, I said "thank you" and he still said nothing. If I run across my receipt I will be updating my review with his name. Who raised him? I won't be returning to this place.
I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid, and when buffets were a thing. Today, I went across the street to Popeyes to order. They have a little smarty at the window. Left, and came here. Super nice staff! Changed my steamy attitude right quick! Thanks so much KFC store team!!
KFC IN ROCK HILL,SOUTH CAROLINA, SERVICE WAS BAD. THREE SENIOR LADIES WENT INSIDE AND ORDERED. THE WAITER COULD GET IT RIGHT. WE GOT STUFF WE DIDN'T ORDER AND OVER CHARGED. WILL NOT GO BACK.

This is my 12 piece TENDER meal with 2 mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese!!! Good work KFC!
Ordered and paid online. App said to come in and pick up order from the pick up shelf inside. Drove to the restaurant where 7 cars were waiting to place orders and moved slowly. Walked up to the restaurant and the doors were locked. Drove in lone and had to wait 39 min to get to the window. Extremely short staffed.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible management! It was a female manager we encountered. Ordered online, went to restaurant and they told me I couldn’t pick up inside, so I got in 12 car line for the drive thru. They gave my pick up order away, without confirming order # or NAME on the order. Told me they refused to remake order and they couldn’t refund it. I called corporate and got me refund and reported the location. Just save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
The dinning room is not open. The drive-thru takes - FOREVER! Once I got in line until I received my order it was 42 minutes. Never again will I do that.
I ordered an original four-piece wing dinner with coleslaw and fries. however I received some chicken that was fried somewhere else and was being passed off as KFC original. This chicken had no seasoning whatsoever on it.
Greasy and gross. Never again. My stomach still hurts.
