I don't usually ever go in this particular store because it's only a few blocks from home. I don't know if you would consider their drive-thru speed average or slow but it doesn't take too long to get through the drive-through, they are friendly and the food is always hot oh, and I definitely would rather wait on hot food then to get old food that's been sitting around quickly. So, again they are friendly and I've never had any issues with my food order from this k f c.
Been here twice and both times they tell me I can come back later cuz they’re out of chicken and not taking orders!! It’s always something every time!
We waited in the drive thru line for about 20-30 minutes, and this was after she gets on the speaker and barely audible just says, "KFC". Nothing like Can I take your order please? Or how can I help you today? I wasn't even sure I was supposed to start my order! Then when we finally got home with our mashed potato bowls, the corn in them had to have been raw. Not good at all.
I love the deco inside, very nostalgic, I love the enthusiasm, it brighten my day. Appears to be cleaner than most KFC's I've been in. Staff seems happy and very upbeat. Food tasted fresh and I was served it my way, pretty darn good here. I would recommend!
Thank you ladies...seems they were short staffed but very efficient , clean, and the food was great.
This KFC has the best chicken that I have had in a long time from this franchise chain. I don't know if it was just that particular day but I would say keep up the good work cuz it's hard to find a KFC with good hot chicken.
Due to short staff, there was only a couple of workers. They were handling everything and still maintaining a positive attitude and quick service. I commend them for their hard work. ?
The drive thru is a little slow, took us about 10 - 15 minutes to get our food, but the staff is very friendly
Ordered the 8 piece, no thighs with mashed potatoes & gravy, and cole slaw. Get home, no gravy and thighs in the bucket!
Food is good, most of the time service is friendly. They were just slow because they were very short staff. They did apologize for the inconveniences, but I totally understood.
