We have been going here on a weekly basis. Last week they messed up our order. This week they missed it up again. I drove back to the store with the receipt in hand and it obviously did not match the order. The manager on duty didn't apologize and grabbed the sandwiches that were wrong and threw them in the trash. Then when they started remaking the sandwiches I spoke up because they were wrong again. When I returned home they still were not correct. How hard is it to fix a number 1 slim with ham and cheese???

The delivery address of mine is 4 minutes from this jimmy johns (I am unable to leave or I would’ve picked it up). I called around 1230 asking about my order and told it was going out the door now. It is currently 1:00 and I have no received any meal or communication from them. When I called back to cancel my order so I can get my money back , once the man answered the phone he huffed his breath as though he was annoyed. I will not order from this location again.

30+ minutes late to a business 2 miles away. Poor customer service over the phone. We refused delivery and ordered from Southern Salads.. always a winner and prompt delivery!
