Birthday sub they don't deliver. Then they have a $15 minimum. Plus taxing plus an unknown charge and a tip, why bother.
Always have a great experience when I’m here they just never have anything available. When I went yesterday it was a long list of thing they were saying they didn’t have such as sweet peppers, mayo, pickles, bananas peppers, etc. I asked why they never have a lot of things in stock and someone told me the manager just forgot to order the stuff. They are also usually out of change a lot too. I feel like once the management problem is fixed, this will be the best store in the area (Rock Hill, York and Charlotte).
I ordered a giant Philly cheesesteak and I guess it got mixed up with another sub. I ended up getting a big kahuna and didn’t bother asking for another one seeing the manager got an attitude and slammed a sub on the grill for the lady behind me. I will never go back to this jersey mikes!!!
They will not make any hot sandwiches off the grill 30 minutes before closing.
Prompt very courteous service and the dude making my tub spent the time to carefully cut the ingredients. He rocks!
My sister and I went to Jerseys Mike's because I love there subs. I only go once in a while cause they are very pricey. So we went and ordered our subs. Well when making them I asked about lettuce and tomato and he put it on there. Well we paid and went home and I got a chicken bacon ranch. Well I had some kinda hot spicy sauce on it instead of ranch. So I went back to the store , I was upset because I was inconvenienced and it's cold I didn't want to go back. Also because I got all the way home. Well the kids working didn't say anything they just remade the sandwich. When I got home it was an okay sandwich just not the same as I remember.A few tips please change your gloves when going from cleaning to cooking and apologize and listen to the customer when they are ordering their food. I understand your trying to get ready to close but my goodness at least pay attention.
Food is always great here! They know me every time I come in there; I love the younger colored ladies who help me. They always greet others including myself as we walk in. The younger blonde girl was very rude. She yells every time she speaks. She told me to hold on four times like I didn’t hear her the first time. I think they got her at the McDonald’s on the other side of town. Cursing in from of an older women; VERY unprofessional. I have never seen this much ratchetness from a Jersey mikes beforeThank you to the other ladies and gentlemen for being so kind and always making my order with care. I could never come back here…my apologies but they lost my business over one employee who’s all over the place I can’tThey need BETTER management because whoever trained that younger blonde lady should be fired!!Great food though :)
This is the absolute worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to!!! I didn’t get his name but it’s a small black guy working there, I’m black too, and I went there around 9:00 pm and they were out of bread or so they say, so I go back about a week later the same guy is there, which was today and the service was just poor! No greetings when you enter the facility, didn’t ask whether I wanted my sub hot or not and when I told him I wanted the sub hot he just puts the sub on for like 2 seconds, didn’t even toast the bread, I would have been fine just putting the sub in a toaster or something. If he doesn’t want to work or make subs that customers want then he may need to find another profession, I won’t be going back here or any other Jersey mikes, I went to Firehouse Subs down the street and they get 5 stars from me
Worst sub ever!! Ordered online when my husband went to pick up our order it wasn't ready! Then when I did get the food it was disgusting, bread soggy, had tomatoes which I didn't order, barely any chesse, did have any taste or flavor to I all. I wind up throwing it in the garbage. I will not order from them again. Waste of my money!
I usually do not write poor reviews but this is one of the worst locations in Rock Hill Sc. I did a call in order and the boy who answered the phone was rude and childish and had an attitude, then when I came in to pick up my order he was being fake friendly and sarcastic. If you hate your job don't take it out on other people. There were no managers in sight. Stop leaving kids by themselves without management.
