Ordered 3 sandwiches online not a single one was correct. Didn't find out until we got home. Tried to eat them anyways but something was extremely wrong with the lettuce. Almost tasted like a mop bucket. $30 wastedI will never order from this location again
Waited 30 minutes for food. They complained about having to work the entire time I was there. The entire time I was waiting they kept messing up orders and we’re making jokes about closing the store early. I got a club missing the cheese and bacon. My husband’s chicken bacon sub (#26) was missing bacon as well and very little meat. Very disappointed. If they were out of bacon just say something…. No big deal. Should have gone nextdoor to Harris teeter for half the price and with employees who don’t make it an awkward experience. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other location.
Looks clean at first glance but when you take a closer look in the corners or under things there were actually roaches. I was so appalled that I left immediately. I was actually told by other people later on that they had seen the same thing when they went in. Plus I heard that a lady literally had a roach in her order. I can't say whether that story was true, but going by what I saw one time I think it's safe to say there is a high chance it was true. I will never take my children there. I care too much for there health and safety. Clearly, Jersey Mike's does not. If they did then they would have done the right thing and closed for a day and called an exterminator.
Visited this location on 4/7/21. It was disgusting inside. The floors needed to be swept and the counters had food all over them—the place was dead, so there should’ve been no reason at all that someone couldn’t do the bare minimum to clean up. The 3 young guys working there seemed more like it was their social hour versus a place of business; they had zero professionalism. If that wasn’t enough, they screwed up both of my orders that I’d placed on the app. One order was a plain turkey on wheat, the most basic order possible, but they put it on white bread, of course, and then completely smushed the sandwich when they wrapped it.The other sandwich I ordered was completely jacked up: added stuff I didn’t ask for and didn’t add the things I did. It was a mess, and after seeing the inside of the place, I was honestly a bit worried to even eat the food. Please go visit the Lake Wylie location and take notes. I won’t be coming back to this location, unfortunately.
Quick and friendly service. You guys need a TV in there and show some sports. I bet more ppl stay a bit longer and spend more $ Plus it's good for morale and community. Imo
As long as I am alive, I will not put a foot in any of JM. I was humiliated and treaded as a third class citizen because of my accent. I went in to order 4 giants sandwiches, I was told to wait. She started to take the next order, when I asked why, she got into an attitude. Sadly people behind me thought nothing of it.
Update: I don't know who the new management is, but for the past two years they've literally never gotten my order right. I just ordered for delivery and unfortunately you can't choose which location it comes from with delivery. None of the things that I asked for were on the sandwich. I literally never have a problem with the Cherry road location.They need to train their employees more in customer service.
Went to this location 2/10/2122. When I walked in the guy at the meat slicer rolled his eyes but didn’t think I saw him. He then told me the slicer was having to be sanitized and I would have to get something from the grill unless I wanted to wait on it to get sanitized. This was at 8:25 PM. I told him I would wait and I could tell he was not happy. I went ahead and ordered my sandwich and left but I will not be back.
Got food poisoning here a couple weeks ago. Really a shame because I loved Jersey Mikes. Now I won’t ever eat at one again. Stay away from this location if you can. It’s not worth it.
Today 12/16/2022, jersey Mike's Subs in Rock Hill SC, I was in line only had ( 1 ) person in front of me, next it was my turn to order ( 4 ) employees was working, one employee was texting on her cell phone, an the other was just standing around after about 5 minutes the one employee that was just standing around asked how can she help me. ( Service at this Jersey Mike's Sub ) below average!
