Ordered 2 subs online, picked them up and went home. Opened them up, no bacon on my sub that was supposed to come with it, no bacon on the other sub that I paid to have it put on, no spicey mustard on it, and no oil and vinegar on them. When I called one of the 3 younger boys that was working answered. He told me they ran out of bacon which I understand happens but they should have told me when I picked the subs up. But then he said they don't do spicey brown mustard at that store... then when I told him about the oil and vinegar he said "oh my bad". I love jersey mikes and I don't mind paying $30 for 2 subs when they're made right. Hopefully next time they'll do better
Literally just left this place came in at 8:35 close to closing. Ordered my food gave the person the ingredients needed on my sandwich to leave the place to have it just plain why write it down to not get anything right it seems like communication and listening is off with the boys that work at night. Smh not pleased at all
Terrible. Order is always incorrect! It’s not hard to follow simple directions that’s on the ticket. I’m never eating here again. Disappointed!
They have the best steak sandwich ? in town. And very nice employee's, working in the store.I personally visit the store on cherry road.Thanks guys!
Went to jersey mikes on cherry road today. They had ran out of sweet tea and I ask about having some more sweet tea made. I was told they only made one batch of sweet tea a day. So if you come to the cherry road location and they are out of sweet tea good luck.
I love their food and this time they actually did not put onions on my sandwich like they did in dave lyle and I'm allergic to onions
Great customer service, it's not all about making a good sandwich, it's a nice thing to walk in and see a clean lobby and restrooms. Greeting us as we came in with a true smile on her face and if I wasn't in a little bit of a rush, I would have asked her name and given them a good review! The sandwiches were awesome and so quickly done for 5 sandwiches with drinks, chips and cookies. I don't know about the one's around Anderson SC, but I know that the one by Winthrop university is fantastic!

Great subway sandwich!!! I ordered a #56 regular, the Philly cheesesteak. I also had a small bag of potato chips and a Cherry Pepsi. It was a great meal. No other sandwich place in the area has cheesesteaks as good as Jersey Mike's. Fortunately, we have two Jersey Mike's. I pattonize both of them. They are great people, and their food is good. I have other sandwich favorites too.
I had not gone for quite a while and decided to try it again. I was pleased. And then tonight I went back and was simply appalled. I went in to no one wearing hats. Then I watched as the kid cooking goes in the back gets stuff comes back out and continues. Then I watched the old guy take some ones money and go back and make a Sandwich for a child, a child!. Then continue to make more sandwiches take more money and NEVER did either change gloves or wash hands. I stopped the night before and grabbed a quick sandwich which was great. There was only 1 person working in the entire store. She was busy and still found time to change gloves. I asked where she was and they said she quit. I can't blame her. I wouldn't work alone either. I will never return to a Jersey mike again. Bad practices alone, but to allow people to work alone is so unsafe. I have no respect.
