Ordered the two tacos, okay taste, the shell could have been crunchier. Ordered curly fries, not crispy enough for my likings. Used coupon on app for free curly fries.
Showed up at 11 or so on a Sunday the 20th with a few people in line. The guy taking orders was awesome, he made sure to double check with me on the changes I made to my order and even went out of his way to accommodate me on a few things. When we got to the window he was super attentive and helpful, and checked on our food right after we paid. When we got home and ate it was still hot and tasted great, and everything was made correctly. Huge props to this drive through crew, they made it a great experience. Wish I would have caught his name so I could let management know.
DO NOT GO HERE..... I've been here twice In the past 6 months. Both experiences were bad. I went back the second time because it was earlier in the day. And figured that there would be different employees on that shift. Same Crackheads. The dirty guy with the coke bottle glasses especially. Both times they left at least 2 items off the order. Food was prepared wrong and cold. And once expected me to get out of my truck and walk up to the window to pay while I was second in line. Which was very crackhead-like. So only go here if you planning on paying 30 bucks for a cold meal that wasn't what you ordered.
Employee on the drive thru kept interrupting me to say "hold on". Finally got my order fully said after 5 minutes. Finally got my food and OF COURSE its wrong. I asked to remove two things, a very simple task. I ordered a spicy chicken with CHEESE they charge a bit more for that. I got just a chicken patty with lettuce. I went back through the drive through waited 10 minutes. He just threw a piece of cheese on the sandwich. Didn't wear any gloves. Also my sandwich ISNT EVEN SPICY ITS IN THE NAME. Also my partner found hair in their food. My first experience ever with a jack in the box and I will NEVER be back. Read the reviews and trust them. McDonald's wouldn't do me like this. Almost $19 for some bad customer service and bad food. DO NOT COME HERE
Food is pretty yummy. Mind you, I just went through the drive thru. Last I checked, the inside is still closed. It can be a little slow at times because it seems like they make your food "made to order" style but if you like your food fresh, I guess that's not such a bad thing. The employees all seem to be nice enough. Always been friendly to me. I would go back. I liked it. Be prepared for drive thru only though (yes, even with the sign hanging on the front window that says that the inside is now open). I've never seen the inside open (maybe that's just me, but I doubt it). Good luck out there you guys! Stay safe & try to have some fun!
Wonderful experience in the drive through this morning! I didn't catch the girl's name that was working but she went above and beyond to get our orders right and was funny and friendly. You have an absolute gem of an employee in her, give her a raise! Also, great food :)
I had purchased Patty Melts and a Southwestern salad. All was pretty good.
Was in the drive thru 30 minutes. I have always loved Jack in The Box...not anymore. I asked the young lady for ketchup after receiving my order and she walked off and did not bring my ketchup. Cars were lined up behind me,so after waiting 5 minutes for her to bring my ketchup,I left. You would think after waiting so long and knowing the wait is cause they cook to order that my food would NOT be cold, but it was. What is going on....there were numerous workers .
This place can’t get an order right. The first time I came here, I told the cashier I had a dairy allergy and he asked if it meant I didn’t want bread. After explaining what dairy was, the one cooking said, “so she don’t want bread?”After a couple months, I tried it again. I ordered the number 6 (bacon cheeseburger) I was specific and said “no cheese, no butter.” I got a hamburger with no cheese but also no bacon or toppings. Wow!
I just left this place! I was in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes. When we got to the window the person handed me a vanilla shake. When I said I asked for strawberry, he rudely yelled I told you we only have vanilla! He was the rudest person I have come across in a long time at a fast food place! When he gave me the food order I checked the bag and looked at the food. It looked like it was cooked last week. I asked for my money back and gave him back the food. I know there is a staffing shortage but no one should have to deal with this kind of service. It was the guy with the long hair, with the big attitude! I even had to tell him to watch his attitude! Save your money go to Wendy’s! Long lines, poor customer service, terrible food is a triple threat for any fast food establishment. Surely we can do better or you should close the resturant!
