The service was beyond slow, the manager had a horrible attitude about everything. Told them the tea was sour she didn't want to replace it with coke originally until another employee replaced it for me. Then the food we ordered wasn't edible. The only thing that was any good and not burnt was the fries and milkshake. It was our first experience there and I can guarantee I will never visit this chain again! 100% fact
I've always heard good things about this fast food restaurant chain and I see why because it's definitely has a great taste for fast food! I like the variety of food items they have available on there food menu. They keep very clean in the dining area and bathrooms where also nice and clean as well! I look forward to future purchases at this store and any in the future! ☺️✌️The employees where very kind and helpful when asked about the menu and also very friendly greeting from them as well!
Came here as a stream reward after completing my passport B.S., this is going to sound exaggerated but the drive-thru line took more time than the entire beurocratic process of applying for an American passport. Like 45 minutes waiting in line, 2 stars instead of 1 because dangit, they know how to make a burger, I recommend the sour dough jack.
Food was delicious. 5 star on taste and quality. Bathroom could use a little work but food was great how I remember. Prices were also ? great

I have never once called this location and it is open it is a waste of time to come here do not even make the drive they’re not open no matter what their online says

There is no way anyone should wait as long as they make you wait. We drove past the window and NO ONE WAS IN THERE!!! I saw the stuff they use for the grill on it but NO ONE in the place. They are not trying to work. They are hiding. There were cars in the parking lot and the whole place was lit up. The other Jack n box that we went to,, was lit up but there was a sign on the menu board that said they were closed due to electrical issue's.
So as a wrecker driver hungry in the middle of the night after a call there’s not many places to eat well I couldn’t my tow truck in the drive thru an instead of turning me away I was able to walk up to the window an place my order etc so this night crew went above an beyond when they didn’t have to I appreciate service like that
Somedays you get a late start, and I love being able to order from the lunch menu any time of the day
