First time ordering. Ordered online delivery by door dash. That was fine. Got the bone in garlic parm. Mild. Um no that was very spicy I couldn't eat but 3. The ranch was water, it didn't even stay on the wings. Order 3 pack samper desert. They came and all 3 Hershey chocolate. Not 1 of each. I tried calling a cpl times and nobody answered.For the price I paid I was very disappointed.
Ordered through DoorDash. Wings are not done. All four boxes! Rubbery skin and not smoked as ordered. Definitely not what is pictured on their menu. Paid for two ranch dips and was not given them. I will not be back.
Ordered pick up online got to location to pick up and was told kitchen is closing and a refund will be given but would not do cash refund two weeks later and still no refund ?
The worst wings I have ever had.. old and obviously reheated.. soggy.. total waste of money and it’s a ghost kitchen
Absolutely disgusting wings! Will never order again.
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.
Placed an order for lunch today. I ordered a boneless wing combo. Picked it up, went back to work. Then discovered my fries were missing. Tried to get in touch with the company, was not successful. I called chili's through whom which they operate with.. they could not help as far as payment. Was not able to go back for them bc I'm at work. No customer support at all.Update: After leaving information for issue online, someone emailed me very swiftly and issued a refund of $5. I'm very pleased so I updated my rating to a 3 star only bc there should be an easier way to contact regarding an issue of funds.
Ordered on the site and it took me too DoorDash. I ordered a combo with 3 sides of Bleu cheese. DoorDash sucks and ruined my order so now I'm waiting on 3 sides of Bleu cheese. I can't call them to cancel my order because they don't advertise their number.
I ordered from this location via doordash pickup. I was given a 27 minute pickup time. I arrived on time, and proceeded to stand and wait for 45 minutes before my food was prepared. It came out good enough, and would be a good enough value if it weren't for the roughly hour and 15 minute delay between placing my order and actually receiving my food. They were, admittedly, a little busy, and it ramped up while I was waiting as the dinner hour set in, but it wasn't busy enough to justify such a long wait.Edit: it took a further 40 minutes on top of that for them to complete my order in their system, allowing me to close out the doordash order and leave a review there.
Pickup is slow. Even with almost no tables inside.
