We have come almost every weekend since I got pregnant. Used to be a wonderful 5-star experience and they would go above and beyond but I have no idea what happened in the last two weeks. The last two weeks we have gone here the waitresses have forgotten most of our order and won’t check on you after you get your food. Seriously, last two waitresses have taken our order, brought our food and then we don’t see them again until they drop our check off. We have flag the waitress for the seats near us to ask for refills and ask for the rest of our food to be brought to us since ours has disappeared. Funny how the second we out the money on the table they come to grab it tho. The one last week acted annoyed when we asked her for our drinks to be refilled then rolled her eyes at my husband. Seriously, never had a worse experience at this IHop then these last two times. Makes me not want to return…
My daughter and I had lunch here today. I have nothing but good things to say. The service was awesome she was very prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was awesome. It was hot and fresh. My eggs were perfect. A lot of Grill operators do not know the difference between over medium and over light eggs. He made them perfect. My crepes were fresh hot and the strawberries were also fresh. I cannot express how professional our server was. Thank you IHOP.
The service was great as well as the food. Prices were about average and the portion size was good. The place was clean and not real busy when I first got there so our order was delivered really quick. (People were coming in so I may have gotten there at the right time.) I would definitely go back again.
Well another doordash travesty. Not only was my food incomplete with my order wrong. This is the over easy eggs that came with the meal. Really really undercooked
Waitress was attentive without hovering, coffee was hot, pancakes were fluffy. It's the little things I notice. Importantly, I got my crispy bacon as ordered. That doesn't always happen. Staff was masked. We'll be back.
My rating is solely based upon the MANAGER! There has been two incidents were senior citizens have fallen in the restaurant. One poor lady burst her head open, blood everywhere, meanwhile the manager done nothing. I literally had to yell at him to call an ambulance ( which my husband and another customer called) and to get towels to prop her head up. Even had to tell him to put a sign out to keep others from slipping in her blood. My husband and I stayed by her side the entire time along with another couple. Not one time did he close the door or take ownership, show compassion or any type of authority in the situation. A second lady fell in the same spot (which is the in the area by the second set of doors in front of the register) from the same rug he should have removed or secured the first time. It’s literally causing accidents you can control. Not to mention, again, HE DID NOTHING!! He watched this poor lady struggle on the floor and customers run to her rescue! To these ladies and families, SUE THE COMPANY AND GET THIER ATTENTION!!! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!
The waiter was outstanding! Very impressed with how the crew worked. They were shorthanded like many other places; however, they were well organized. Food was hot and no problems with anything.
Ihop dropped the ball this time!
Used to come here every Sunday after church but we work so much now. We get to go orders pretty often. When we can done in we did. We brought our kids here for my oldest birthday Christmas Eve. She turned 20. They helped me surprise her with a casks I bought. And there pancakes were perfect. My daughter ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and I got chocolate chocolate chip pancakes....yummy. My better half got the strawberry banana French toast combo. Everything was so good and perfect. I definitely recommend IHOP for good food, great memories, great experience! #family time
It was horrible! Ordered an omelette and grits. The grits were cold and the omelette was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for days. Paid 27.00 for a meal that I couldn’t eat because it was awful! My daughter got mozzarella sticks that were half cooked and cold. Just a terrible experience!!!!
