I visited Hartland's with my visiting basketball team. We were seated quickly and had wonderful service. My meal was perfect; I'm looking forward to my next visit. I Asked to sub the 'Fried Chicken and Waffles' for 'Fried Shrimp and Waffles'. The staff should seriously consider adding that as a permanent option on the menu. A friend was skeptical, but we both agreed that the flavors were amazing, it was absolutely delicious, and a great portion size. I honestly still have dreams about it. Hats off to the chef!!
What a nice surprise to find a vegan burger option in Rock Hill. They serve the Impossible Burger and it was lovely. We felt well-catered for and the service was excellent! Will come back again.
First off let me just say that my server, Ivy, was doing an terrific job in taking care of me and my friend. She was very kind and attentive and the most interactive server I’ve had by far. We were enjoying our meal when I guess I presumed to be her manager very rudely came up to her and started bilittling her in front of the full bar. His tone wasn’t appreciated and if he was trying to manage her then he should’ve pulled her to the side in my opinion. I dont think she deserved that type of interaction when it looked to me that she was trying her best to serve the whole bar. Apparently from the others at the bar I’ve heard this isn’t the first time he’s done something like that.
First let me start by saying that the service here is incredible. My favorite server here hands down is Ivy. The second you are seated she is there ready to assist. She is very inviting, amazing table manners and great to have a conversation with. Even regulars that I have seen here see she is on the ball. Order all ready in a matter of seconds! If you go here I am telling you ask for Ivy, you will be thanking me later.
Pretty good atmosphere. My wife and I both had wings and they were actually a decent size and well sauced. Monday was 1$ beers for a 10 oz pour (Mich ultra and Miller lite specifically). The onion rings were delicious. The service we received was respectable given the time of day and the staffing issues that most restaurants are experiencing. We were served and waited on by what i presume was the owner or manager. Given that there was only one other waitress/hostess working tables during our visit I feel they did an exceptional job. In summary the food was delicious and the staff preformed well under the circumstances.
I ordered through Door Dash and only received half of my order. When I called in and asked them to make the 2nd part of my order and I'd be glad to pick it up, I was told no and the server clearly lied saying she place both my orders in the bag and that I needed to take that up with Door Dash. If you're gonna lie at least be good at it, and take accountability of your mess up.
Had wings at this place and the wings were dry no sauce. Ordered extra ranch recieve no ranch at all. There policy is a liberal policy. Manager said charlie the owner must have the food brought back. I agreed only if they Compensate for fuel. They said no. These owners are crooks.
My husband and I and another couple were staying in the Rock Hill area for the night and wanted to find a local spot, amongst all the chains, to support. We found Hartland's and were very happy we did. Everything from the service to the food and drinks was exceptional. We had Renee as a server and she offered great suggestions. She was friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful. I had the chicken tenders and my husband had the Buffalo Mac and Cheese and we were both very pleased. You could tell everything was made in house and was fresh. If in the Rock Hill area, I highly recommend checking this place.
We were recommended on coming here for dinner and honestly it was a great choice to go. Our host Melina was too sweet. Very accommodating to wanting to add the birthday cake we brought for our son to sing happy birthday. Our server Renee was super great with recommending food and drinks to try as well. This is definitely a place to come and try out with your family.
Went with friends I hadn't seen in decades and had a great experience. I believe our server was Renee and she was absolutely amazing. Food was fairly prompt and our drinks never ran out.
