Gross! When we pulled into the parking lot we thought it was closed because they were no cars there. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The fries were so old my husband had one and asked the guy to make new fries, which he did which was very nice. My chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The guy who made her fries seem to be the only one actually working.
Horrible service I ordered a combo meal large. The manager hands me a small. I tell him it's supposed to be a large he rolls his eyes and has an attitude that the computer says small. I ask for the receipt he says he ran out of paper. After finally getting him to print receipt from another register I look at receipt and it says large. Paid for a large got a small. Worst Hardee's I have been to
Apparently playing on the phone was more important than answering the drive thru speaker. I only seem to have gotten any of the employees attention when I attempted to enter the building. I was promptly told after they unlocked the door to speak with me that I had to order from the drive thru speaker. So I got back in my car and again went to the drive thru. My husband ordered and when we got our order we didn't get a receipt or straws. Before we even left the drive thru the employees were back in the dining room on their phones yet again. I realize. The only customers they had for the 20 mins we were there was us but come on
This Hardee's is an icon in Rock Hill it has been here for decades so with that being said don't be thrown off by the outside the inside has the best burger that you can buy the flame broil cannot stand up to anything around it
Great food, fast,hot, and fresh. Got my order very quick with employees with great attitudes. Food was delicious and will return to eat again.
Horrible experience for breakfast. Ordered $10 chicken biscuit cold and undercooked. I returned and manager Tisha Like had an attitude. And would not refund my full purchase. I will be contacting the GM. Disappointing I received undercooked food no apology and attitude. Avoid this place!!!!!!
Give this a 1 star bc I can’t give it a zero! The food was absolutely terrible! The chicken and fries tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. The hotdog, well I don’t even know what it was. I didn’t eat it! On top of that, we didn’t even get straws for our drinks. ?
Excellent burger. Onion rings a bit dry. Pleasant and efficient service. Sad that dining room still can't be opened.
First time having Hardee's, nothing special. My food was slightly burnt and the drink was extra sweet. However it was edible.
Food was good. A little slow service.
