I was very pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. Previously when I did a Golden Corral in Columbia SC it was enough to ruin my going back, but we went with our middle school band to this location and I was very impressed. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was much better than I would have expected. I had steak, fried chicken, a yeast roll, mashed potatoes and gravy and that stuffed me so much I couldn’t do more. The wait staff was quick to refill our drinks and provided service with a smile. If I were to do Golden Corral again, I only trust this location. I also liked how the buffet was more open spacing so you didn’t feel like you were competing with other customers for food like you would at other locations.
Clean restaurant. The buffet is fresh and plentiful. The price is competitive.
I haven’t ate at the Golden Corral in a long time. Service and food was great. Facilities clean an efficient. Highly recommend at this location.
The food was low at one time but they got it right!! I appreciate the fact most people don't wear mask anymore but the gloves is a very smart idea to protect everyone. The food was tasty and my Mom left very full and satisfied with her outing meal for today. Thanks

The is a really nice restaurant . Very clean and neat . The staff are very friendly , the buffets are neat and clean . And for the price probably one of the best places to eat . Lots of choices on the salad bar , the dessert bar - And the very large food bar. You can't leave here unhappy unless you make the wrong choice on what you want to eat. Choose your meal and enjoy. The wait staff are very helpful ,neat , clean , friendly .
We enjoyed the Sunday lunch buffet. Stations were clean and food was fresh. Good variety. Only problem was it was very tight quarters ...hard to move around in there.
Excellent!! The service was fantastic!! The food selections were absolutely eye appealing and as delicious as it looked!! Yum, yum!! Such a bright and inviting atmosphere. The entire staff here were phenomenal!! I'll be back
*4 star Rating for buffet enthusiasts*I must preface by saying this was my 11yr old nephew’s choice for dinner- I am not a buffet person- in part due to past experiences in chain buffet restaurants like Golden Corral. But this is a GOOD review haha.I would expect to give GC 1 star based on past experience, but this newly built store smelled like food when you walked in instead of a sour bar after a long night like other chain restaurants I’ve walked into.They were short staffed but still managed to provide very good and super friendly service- thank you to shouting out Makai for his birthday!The fried chicken was actually bomb and my family enjoyed a lot more. IF YOU LIKE BUFFETS YOU’LL PROBABLY LIKE THIS ONE. (*This recommendation is for the newly constructed store in Rock Hill. You are on your own elsewhere!!)
The new building is nice and clean. There's a wide variety of good sides, but the meats are not that great. The Bourbon St. chicken is a strong source of nostalgia for me.
