We ordered ahead online at this location & everything was good. The food was good & so was the service. Please note that they don't drop the fries until you arrive to pick up your order so there will be a little bit of a wait (even with ordering in advance online) but I would prefer it that way (personally) because that means it's hot & fresh. I keep a fat juicy Five Guys burger on my mind constantly.Sharing it with someone special makes it a special memory. Somedays a juicy ribeye can't hold a candle to it.

Me and my husband eats there alot. When in today said would be a 30min wait because a basketball team was waiting on their order that was fine because it is always great. So today the meat on the burgers where cold. The fries was cold and soggy with oil. Order and sat in the car to eat. Now stomach is messed up. ?
This was a rare miss. The doors were over salted. Was similarly off for our burgers. Five guys is normally consistently good, despite this rare occasion, I'll still recommend.
So fresh! They cook as you order and their French fries are incredible!! Get costumer service especially Jaylyn!
Ordered in person and they still got it wrong. Missing the condiments that I ordered for my bacon cheeseburger and got condiments that I didn't order instead. Disappointed ? this place use to be great.
The burgers are delicious the fries are delicious. Too bad the prices are ridiculous. Would have got five stars if not for the price. Almost $18 for a medium fry and a cheeseburger. Five stars for the food. 1 star for the prices.
Normally, I love this franchise, my family and I eat at Five Guys frequently. I visited there yesterday when I took my mother and children out to lunch. The food wasn't as good as it normally is at other locations. The customer service by the blonde elderly lady is horrible and is the sole reason why i will never return and why i will warn others of this location. The burnet woman at the front was very nice and offered for the cooks to cut my children's cheeseburger for them, but upon opening the sandwich there was aluminum from the foil imbedded in the meat, cheese and bread from being cut after it was wrapped. I've worked in the food industry for years, and if i owned this location i would reevaluate their practices and take another look at their staffing choices. Customer service can ruin a business regardless of location.
