This is the first time we have had an issue with our server and food. We asked for a large salad split like we always had done in the past visits. When they brought it out it was jut on one plate. We asked to have it split. She said it was not written up that way. She brought two more plates and said you can split them yourself. We sent them back and it was just tossed on the plate and messy. Well just before we left she finally asked if we would like a refill on our drink. Just to say it was just poor service this time.
Menu has great options, The large Pizza was huge and very good not swimming in sauce. BBQ wings great size and sauce was great. Will order again next time in area.
They shouldn’t have gotten that one star. Got my wings so cold that you couldn’t convince me they were not in the fridge. Colder than room temperature… HORRIBLE

worked for this place for a couple of months and when the ice came a few weeks i tried to stay home because i had never driven on ice before. i showed my manager my driveway and how it was covered in an inch of ice and he did not care. just threatened to fire me. so under the fear of losing my way to survive i tried to go to work. about 100 yards from my house i got into an accident and totaled my car. Thanked my manager for threatening my job, sent him a photo of my totaled car, and quit on the spot because i was super angry. his response? "you are welcome". are you kidding me? you guys should stop supporting this place. and if you have never eaten there before, avoid it. theres much better pizza around rock hill. try dannys pizza up by goodwill. its a mom and pop shop and the pizza is DELECTABLE. the owner is from new york and makes alot of his stuff homemade! way better pizza for your money than this dump
This was the first time we had been in there. It was busy and noisy but that's OK. It was the week between Christmas and New Years so everyone was excited. Waitress was sweet, attentive and efficient. My chef salad was fantastic, so were the extra hot chicken wings. We will definitely be back.
Placed an order over the phone. SPECIFICALLY told the woman taking our order what time we would pick it up. After the order was taken she said the order would be ready in 20 min. I then reminded her NO. This is the time we will be picking up. She said no problem. Food would be ready. When we picked up our food it was cold. Like it had been cooked and then placed out waiting for us 20 min after our call. Won’t be going to this Empire again. Hate to say that too because this one was one of my favorites.
They lucky they got 2 star. We had 8 people and we sat their for 15 to 20 minutes with no servers and I had to ask for a Manger. Food is good that is the only reason I gave it a 2 star.
This place used to be good before they grew. Now they have high prices poor quality and horrible service. Just went there, they handed me my food and I went out the door, got home no "large'' salad (not even close to large more like side salad for 8 bucks). Called up and they said oh yeah you forgot to grab your salad, they handed me my food how did I forget to grab it? Drove back to store asked for my salad they pointed to the shelf it was sitting on and that was it. No apology at all, drove to store twice, paid way to much and then insulted by saying I forgot something. Got home and ate my cold ass worthless food. Been a customer for 10 years and this is what they have become. I will never go back!!!!
Decent pizza. Lots of potential. Good flavor. If they took a little bit of care to make sure you got some toppings and cheese on each slice, it could be GREAT pizza. When ya pay $45 for two pizzas, you expect to have at least the sauce and cheese on more than half of each slice ??♂️.
