The food was good but they upcharge me on a bunch of stuff and didn't say anything

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is justified.This is the third time I ordered on doordash from this specific restaurant the first time the food was fantastic after that they just kept letting me down! Today I received freezing cold food! Now I won’t blame restaurant entirely because the driver is at fault too! But I will blame them for the super dry tamale I almost choked on a died. The undercooked fried chimichangas . Either way I’m just disappointed and won’t be ordering again
I had the carne asada here and it was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. Charred on some areas, almost raw on some, the meat was awful. The rest of the entree was meh. The avocado was fresh though.
The food was good: sopez, quesadillas and chimichangas were savory. Well seasoned and crispy, not soggy like so many places.

First visit to El Tapatio. A friend recommended it. I wanted to sit outside, it was quiet & I was able to view a beautiful sunset and enjoyed my meal. Arnold the server was very attentive & kind.
Upon recently moving to the area we always try to give our support & business to smaller local spots. This place was super busy & the food smelled incredibly good however while standing at the counter for at least 5-6 minutes in no rush whatsoever we weren’t even acknowledged or even looked at. Could have at least spoke to us. We ending up leaving clearly could tell they didn’t want us there ?
Very good Mexican food with good service also.
