Great food and service. We love El Cancun
We live in England and always try to visit El Cancun when we're in Rock Hill to visit family. It's our favourite place to eat in Rock HIll. My husband and I are both vegan and we absolutely love the Burrito Megintry which we order without the cheese. The mole sauce is incredible. The dish is massive and plenty for both of us. Service is great too!
Maybe I chose poorly, as my food was bland and fairly tasteless. I got a soft taco and chalupa...the chalupa was almost all refried beans...and not tasty ones at that. Overall bland and boring food. I may give it another try eventually, but was not impressed with my first experience there
the BEST Margaritas in the area...don't believe it?....stop in for a medium house Margarita.
Our waitress was very nice. The food was a bit lack luster for me.However, we were sat in the back near the patio door. Every single time a waiter or waitress came in/out you got a big breeze of unpleasant cigarette smell.There was also a waitress that was very loud and kept cussing in Spanish.Then, there was a set of rowdy females sat behind us, and one kept shoving the booth, so I was being shoved into my table and food.The bathrooms could definitely use a much better cleaning as well.I don’t think we’ll return.
Great food! I had the Steak Fry's which were so good. Highly recommend El Cancun
The food was really good. Plenty of food per serving, 2 can share easily. The place was packed which speaks. The only neg. Seems the place could be deep cleaning, sorry but true. Workers were very polite and efficent.
I guess since I have been eating here regularly for the past 6 years, I am biased! But there is a reason I've been coming here that long; the staff, food, drinks, everything is excellent! My opinion: Best Mexican food in this (and most other) area!
My favorite Mexican resturaunt in RH. The steak Ranchero is awesome and the service is always good. I can't wait for the summer to try out their new patio area.
