They are friendly and boy is this store popular the. Since they both open their drive-thru seems to be full of cars all the time. I usually just get coffee but sometimes I get my breakfast there and the coffee and the food have always been excellent.
Drinks were good. Customer service was fantastic! "Zakary" took our order. He was courteous, extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
My girls love the different types of coffee they have there and the staff was friendly you get all kinds of goodies here from sandwiches to donuts to ice cream whatever

I grew up on Dunkin.. They have a good friendly crew..but the price on coffee went up 2x...sorry but i love my coffee and they best to me next to mcd's
They are always out of stuff, their coffee always taste old and the customer service is terrible. Where are all the hardworking mature adults ? It seems everywhere I go these days, there are nothing but kids and they don't want to work
This is one of the newer Dunkin' in Rock Hill. It's super busy in the morning during rush hour so be prepared to wait if you get there before 9AM. Food and donuts are always fresh. Coffee is good and this location also has coffee on tap.
Ordered large mocha frappe and it was delicious. Easy to get in parking lot and drive thru.. Friendly fast service!
I was disappointed with this Dunkin Donuts. We asked for Bavarian Cream donuts, but received powdered cream-filled donuts. We should have checked the box before heading home, but have never had issues previously. I hope they do a better job in the future.
My sister went inside and got us breakfast. My coffee had way too much coconut in it. My wraps had no maple flavor. They don't seem to understand what extra means. I've ran a dunkin for 13 years and dunkins down here is not run the same. Not the right way. The cocnut donut wasn't made correctly.
