Amusement park line moves faster, horrible service. Save aside at least 30-45 minutes of your time, the line moves snail pace and the management doesn’t care for customers, I am writing this review after a month, I frequent here to this location. Coffee is good though but waiting for that long kills your appetite …. Go here if you don’t mind wasting your time.
I use to work there and my boss told me that i was constantly bothering him on my days off over missing money from my check. we were constantly understaff and my manger was rude and would constantly leave people on read if they asked him something work related.
We're not getting the milkshakes anymore because they're way too watery (not enough ice cream in them) They were out of the dipped waffle bowls ~~ poor management. That should not happen. The staff was very friendly.
As is tradition at any Dunkin’, I placed a mobile order and got to the window to pick it up. Upon handing out my coffee the person at the window told me to have a nice day. Seemingly unaware there was another half to my order! Just a couple of donuts but I ALWAYS have to remind the staff at Dunkin’ that I ordered something else to go with my coffee. Every time I go to any Dunkin’, this one included, I have to remind them about the other half of my order. And at this location you would’ve thought I had just insulted and slapped her mother for saying I had other items she failed to give me. Im honestly quite flabbergasted that this is such an issue within Dunkin’ as a whole.
Love this place. The night crew is very nice and respectful. Always make my coffee to perfection.
I visited today to get dozen donuts, the person who assisted is Monica, she acted like she is not understanding the donut names and her attitude and her body language made me to write this review. I never ever visit this store.
The crew was hard working and friendly, and the food and drinks were tasty?
I have no problem with the location but from personal observation the staff always looks like they'd rather be dead
Ive gone here a TON, I live close to this DD. Line moves most of the time and coffee comes out right. Sandwiches are very hot and very good. Very excellent. I give 4 stars because Mobile orders can take a while sometimes; sometimes going through the drive thru is faster; I believe they are “higher priority” orders than mobile.
You place an order on the mobile app, and it lets you select walk in to the store for pick up, you get to the store you park your car you walk to the store and the doors are locked, at 3:45 in the afternoon, the staff just looks at you doesn’t care, so why except a mobile order for a walk in if you’re going to lock your doors? And please don’t believe the excuse it’s the mobile app plenty of stores can turn off pick up options for customers
