Very disappointed in this location, we submitted an order for 12 pizzas at 10:45pm when the location doesn’t close till midnight. We were told “no” that they wouldn’t make it for us, basically on a weekend night. Looks like this business doesn’t want money. We were providing this for an overnight working crew. Looks like we’ll take our business elsewhere this week.
The new Young black manager on Celanese road is very rude to the customers really quite hateful !!! I have always loved Domino's Pizza but the last several times I got it since he has taken the store over my whole family gets sick off of the pizza I don't know maybe they're not washing their hands or not keeping things sanitized !!! They were the best Domino's but now they are the worst everybody is talking about them all over town !!! We need help can y'all please get him out of there !!!! He is very sarcastic and rude the place used to be really nice !! Thank you for your attention on this matter !!
Rude rude people working at this so called restaurant and zero accountability for management! The store is dirty and they always get the orders wrong. Save your self issues you are pretty much guaranteed to have here and order anywhere else. Needless to say I'm not waiting my time with this place ever again. Management couldn't care less. If I was the owner I would fire all currently working their and start over from scratch.
Everytime I have been here my order is, hot and ready for pick up thru the drive thru. The people here are extremely friendly and make sure you don't need anything else before you leave.
Orderd pizza from there asked for no garlic there was some anyway I bit into it and realized there was garlic I'm allergic to it and had to go to e.r for swollen mouth.Also called and told the Manger he said he couldn't do nothing cuz my son ate 3 slices already he hasn't ate all day and couldn't wait a hour he's 3
took me almost a week to get my money back for an order I never got. bother the general manager couldn't care less. gave me some script instead of asking questions and trying to figure out the problem. the first manager basically told me I was lying and if I really did cancel an order that's my money would automatically be put on my card. I asked for the GM who was know better. couldn't care less. GM was cutting me off while I was talking and obviously rushing me. when he finally did ask me some questions he found that money was indeed not returned. after I waited for an apology. I was not given that so I said hey don't you think you should apologize. he huffed and said I apologize. what a peace of work. we order from their all the time. I'm done with this place.
They called and said they need a days notice to make 4 pizzas. So they accept the payment and hold it for days when they know they're not going to fill the order. FRAUD
We've been to this place multiple times and we've always ordered the sandwiches and desserts which have been good, but tonight we ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza with spinach feta cheese bread. The app failed to say that the cheese bread has garlic, which my partner has a mild allergy to. The pizza looks like they haphazardly poured sauce over the top and called it good. It also just didn't taste right. None of the food is cut properly. Only giving 3 stars because this is the first time we've been disappointed by them.
Don't get your pizza here its not good. The two girls in there tonight cannot cook a pizza or cut the pizza. The sauce is on the outside of the pizza and only one peice is soaked the others got drizzled. I ordered a Buffalo pizza I expect it to be spicy lol. I am highly disappointed. The only thing that is good here is the sandwiches and lava cakes :/
Pizza was delivered in a timely manor and it was very good!! They are very professional and will never loose my business!
