Ordered today at 3:58pm. My order hadn’t even been made in the store as of 5:08pm.Apparently the store only had 1 delivery driver. I ended up canceling the delivery, and I went to pick up after almost 2 hours of waiting. I get there, and there is at minimum 8 working employees inside. They need more drivers. Not so many inside. Then, my order clearly was made way before I got there. My chicken order was shorted and our food was not hot.
Seem to never put on the garlic butter for the crust. It's good pizza other than the crust not being properly seasoned.
Run Fast!!! Horrible Service!! order some place else!! I placed an online order paid and gave a tip..10 mins later I get a call saying they don’t have the stuff to make the pizza!! Seriously you take people money and then tell them you can’t refund them until 5 business days. I will never as long as I have breath in my body order from you again. The manager refused to give GM name. The manager was Dillon Adams he said his name really fast and hung up. Please don’t order from this place unless you have money to give away!! I will ensure to share this on all social media and with all friends!! Scam Alert!!!
I want to commend this restaurant for their kindness in remaking our order and apologizing for making an honest mistake by handing my order to the wrong person. They, even, offered free food as compensation for their mistake. At a time when restaurants are facing labor and food shortages, this store had a full staff and was trying to fulfill orders.The food is excellent and worth the price! Highly recommend ordering
Terrible customer service. Had to wait for curbside pickup and once you get there you are supposed to let them know and I did so and they are supposed to bring it out in 2 minutes or less or it's free and after waiting I finally went in the store and employees were very unprofessional and was told I would get my money back but still have not seen no refund.
When it's not busy it's great, once it gets busy orders are late and pizzas have the wrong toppings. I think they just start handing random pizzas out; after they couldn't find our order we were handed a random specialty pizza that matched ours in name but not in toppings.You can tell from the chaos they just take too many orders. Workers visibly frustrated.Just avoid on Friday/Saturday nights and it's good.
This location has it going on!! I never have an issue with my order (but if I did I'm sure they'd make it right) I tried curbside for the first time--- my wait was a whopping 12 seconds-- friendly fast accurate. I know you guys are busy!! You have a great team that seems to make the overload effortless in your customers prospective. Kudos to all!! Keep rocking it!! ✌
Would have only gave 1 star but the delivery guy was nice. Was supposed to come with 2 liter drink. Gave me a 20 Oz instead at the same price. Pizza was supposed to have extra sauce but doesn't. And way over cooked. Pizza flavored cruton for dinner tonight I guess. Shop elsewhere.

I got a pizza extra well done with extra sause and man oh man did he do it RIGHT. I always ask specifically for a lot of sause and for it to be well done and usually one or the other isnt done bjt this guy with light blond hair did it absolutely PERFECT. It was deeeeeeeeelicious
