I was planning a community event and chose this Domino’s due to its proximity to the event location. I spoke with them about 5 weeks prior. They said it was too early to put the order on the computer system, but would make note of it bc a large number of pizzas would be needed. I spoke with them 2 weeks out, 1 week out, 2 days before and the day-of. They were supposed to loan me 3 warning bags, but the delivery driver knew nothing about that - and the 20 pizzas arrived late!!! I tried to order 20 more, but they could only get me 10 and we had to pick them up. Disappointed.
Excellent customer service, and great food. I went to the wrong domino's by mistake to pick up my order. I was expecting to have to eat cold pasta as a result. But they made my order fresh, they turned it around in extremely fast time, and handled it all with a great attitude. It seems like there's some really good people working there. I'll definitely be back to this location soon.
Ordered at 7pm and at 830pm was still in “ Quality check”. Then we called and they told us they pushed the order through, to make it look like it was made and the pizza wasn’t even made. It was going to be another hour for a total of 2.5 hours. They were quick to cancel the order.
I want to first give a shout out to the three guys that were holding it down tonight 1/16/22.The snow was coming down, only place open on that side of town and the orders just kept rolling in. They absolutely killed it! They were completely bogged down with online orders, phone ringing and us folks walking in and were so incredibly pleasant and sweet as well as fast! Give these guys a raise!!! The food was also delicious and well made!
In from out of town. Ordered food for my family. Card was charged and tracker said delivered. Food was not delivered. Called store at 115. Put on hold for 15 minutes. Called again got message saying store is now closed.Called the next day and got my order refunded. Thanks for the response. Apparently some knucklehead got free pizza since they got my order. Happy to get this resolved
Worst customer service I Have had in literally years. I placed a car-side delivery order that included a two liter drink. I pick up my order and they are missing the two liter drink but i don't notice until I get home. I call the store just wanting a refund for the drink that they did not give me. All I was offered was credit unless they billed me again for the order. I said no just refund the amount I was charged for the drink but they refused that to me. This is ridiculous to me, I either have to go back and get it or call it a loss, I don't live near this location so the credit they offered me is useless.
Ordered pizza on the app for delivery. Followed the tracker like always. The pizza, sat done and prepared for over an hour. So we called and told them we would just come pick it up instead. So we paid a delivery fee (when we actually came and picked it up) and then they tried to offer pizza that had been out of the oven for over an hour. Very disappointed.
Showed up to learn I messed up the app order. The fabulous crew rocked out my pizza in no time even with my mistake! Thanks for saving dinner and not making us miss the football game. Go Tigers!!!
Bought from the 2 for 5.99. They will not honor that of you purchase wings or the brownie. Frustrating. The workers are nice and pizza is good.
This is the only Domino's that delivers to my area. The pizza is constantly a MESS. Many times, they will mark it "Delivered" on the tracker only to have it show up 30 minutes later. I'm sure that this is to manipulate their metrics with corporate. This franchisee should have his agreement terminated for cause. I LOVE DOMINO'S, and this location is a TRAVESTY!
