Chinese food is normally my last choice (if at all) but Delicacy Chinese Bistro was the first thing that popped up close to me for lunch yesterday. This was the best Chinese I have ever had. I could’ve used more veggies but I ordered off the lunch menu (made some substitutions ?) everything was so fresh. The General T’So chicken was so crispy and delicious. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. I was in and out in 30 mins. I will be back!!

What a waste of $45…. The only reason I gave two starts instead of 1 was because the customer service is good, friendly and prompt employees. If only the food was edible though… hence the two stars. Everything, and I mean EVERY dish, we ordered was strangely covered in yellow curry seasoning.We got Tom kha, Thai coconut chicken soup which NEVER has curry flavoring, Singapore rice noodles with chicken, and bourbon chicken (no pics bc it went straight to the trash). This food was inedible, even after throwing it says we had to remove the garbage bag because the curry smell so was so strong. I’ve never had any of these supposedly authentic Chinese dishes with any sort of curry seasoning. Never going here again, definitely don’t recommend unless you want some strange unadvertised chinese-Indian food fusion they tasted awful, don’t eat here.
This place has some of the best Chinese food hands down it’s fresh authentic and priced very reasonably. Ian is a professional and very hard worker make sure you ask for Ian during your visit for premium service and experience thanks Ian we will be back!PS, don’t forget to take care of those who actually work for their income.
THE FOOD IS always GOOD HERE AND CONSTISTANT. They will customize your meal. The male server has been there for years and is amazing! They lady in the front is always nice and friendly. Good food. Go here, it won't disappoint.
New ownership. Food is still good, but the menu has been changed some. They no longer offer beef with snow peas, which is one of our favorites. Also, they don't have the BBQ spare ribs we loved, and they substituted them for a serving of BBQ pork bits. Prices are still great (especially at lunchtime) and you get a lot of food for your money. One of the very few Chinese restaurants that have a real dining room.
This place is amazing! The food is fantastic and the staff is phenomenal! They are so sweet and I noticed they had a lot of regulars come in that they would joke around with. Really was an awesome experience and I can't wait to go back!
We have been here many times over the years. It was our favorite at one time but got away from it for a while. So happy to find it is still serving outstanding quality food and still family friendly!
New owners. Ordered pickup through Grubhub, waited 45 minutes longer than told for food, busy night, no big deal, gave tip and left.However, the owners somehow cancelled order payment through Grubhub, called me back and asked for me to pay again. Mind you they showed me the Grubhub receipt at the restaurant and it clearly had processed. I had never had this happen before and was a little suspicious, but I agreed to give the payment over the phone - only for them to charge me extra for doing so. I essentially paid extra because of their error.I hate giving locally-owned businesses a bad review, but this was ridiculous. Food wasn’t good, either.Incredibly rude, food not worth the hassle, won’t be back.
and good service. my family was entirely p l eased. drawback...we had six, and they wouldn't f take a reservation. as it worked out, all was fine. would recommend without concern. my number one choice in rock hill.
