Stay away unless you want to be overcharged and ripped off every time you go. Price is never the same, sometimes even differing up to 5 dollars more than what it should be. One portion of fries being spread out to count as two because they didn't drop enough... oh and you can never seem to give me a receipt with details on it. Just the total and nothing elseYou people are crooks
There was an African American woman with a braided weave bun at the window. She was extremely rude. When I pulled up to the window, she did not even say hello or turn her head towards me and held my drink out of the window and I was unable to reach it so I had to verbally tell her that I could not reach the drink. Then she held her hand out for payment, still without turning her head. She then flung my bag out of the window and held her finger up as if I were a child until my payment processed and basically flung my card at me. She represented that location absolutely horribly and she needs to be terminated. If this is how she treats customers, I’m surprised this location is still open for business. I will never come back to this location. She is the perfect example of a terrible and unprofessional employee. As a manager, I would fire her on the spot for her beyond poor customer service.
Me and my partner usually love coming here, the food is always good and so is the service. Tonight it was different, we sat at the speaker for 3 minutes before someone took our order...after our order was placed we went to the window the girl in a CHS jacket looks to be a high-schooler wasn't the most pleasant. Our food was unbelievably okay..like just okay, both of our trays weren't really good. For $17 I expected more. I use to love this location..its went down hill won't be back for awhile. Edit: I came back tonight and got the same thing I normally do, they forgot my chicken in my quesadilla and forgot a whole quesadilla. I got a tray of 2 and only got one and didn't even get chicken in it. I tried to give this place another chance and I'm left disappointed. $17 down the drain again. do not come here night shift is WACK
Both lines at the drive-through were full but the fries tasted like they were A-day old. You would think with that many people going through the drive-through the fries would be fresh!
So I usually love going to this location after work at night, but last night i was rushed and my order was taken wrong..I ordered a chicken quesadilla tray with cheddar bites and cajun fries, and i didn’t receive the correct sides at all. Also the girl who took my order had a really bad attitude, and when i wanted to ask for sauce…She closed the window in my face. Not the first time this has happened either. Very disappointed and I don’t know if i’ll be back any time soon.
Don't ignore your customers. At least three people saw me at the walk up window waiting, I rang the bell two times and still nothing. Great job Cook Out.
The line took forever not to mention after we received our food, it was utterly disappointing as I ordered a double cheeseburger however I only recieved a soggy smushed burger with 2 paper thin patty’s that were smaller than the buns. I used to always come here however something changed, I don’t think I’ll be able to come back as it left me traumatized
This was a very convenient stop on our road trip. They had a good place to park and eat. I tried their malted milkshake for the first time, and it was everything that I had hoped it would be..
My wife and I went to Cook Out. Service was slow, but we finally ordered and it took a while to get to the window to pay and receive our food. Once we finally got to the window we were then told the card machine was broken and they were only taking cash at that register. I only had my card with me and apologized that I didn’t have cash with me. The young girl at the window, slammed the window shut and started running her mouth! Very surprised. We regularly visit this Cook Out and haven’t had this experience before where a worker was incredibly rude to us, but we won’t be back if this treatment is allowed.
My card was charged way too much. I order the same two trays everyday and it’s normally like $13. Today a new cashier said my total was $22.37. Yesterday it was $13. It didn’t make any sense. I said to reread my order back to me at the window, he said exactly what I ordered and then handed me a bag where he charged me double for everything!! Absolutely ridiculous!
