Great Pizza! It taste like the pizza I grew up on. Lately, pizza sauce has a different taste; but cicis has the right amount of sauce that doesn't take away from the toppings.
Came at 9:15 because it says they close at 10pm.Apparently they close at 9pm but they had no problem charging us full price but then kicking us kicked out, nothing on the buffet. Very inconsiderate of my family.
Wasn't very clean, the bathroom was awful. Customer service was great. Paid $67 for 5 adults and 3 children to eat buffet, but bought chicken wings separately and for the price they were TINY.
Dirty with a rude GM… tried to insinuate I didn’t have money to pay. I was using Apple Pay coming from the gym. THEIR SYSTEM was not functioning properly. He got MAD for like no reason. Said, “ It’s not my fault you can’t pay. “ I could’ve walked to my car and gotten cash, debit/credit card(s), or hell A WIRE TRANSFER!!! It’s called CONVENIENCE, sir. Wish I was kidding ? We left and went to Ambers.
Well... It has been a long time. However it was really good kept it well stocked. The only thing that I can complain about is the alfredo sauce is way too runny it's not thick like the way it used to be so I couldn't enjoy that. But overall great place it was pretty awesome I have to say the food was really good and really fresh thank you.
One of the last all-you-can-eat buffets standing after covid near us. CiCi's sets the bar high for lots of pizza choices, salad bar, soup and pasta for a very reasonable price. Four of us stuffed ourselves last night for under $40. total. There were several tables that needed clearing. But that is every restaurant these days. When the two closer CiCi's near us closed, we kind of forgot about them. But so happy to find this store still open in the next town down the interstate. We will certainly be putting pizza buffet night back in our family dinner rotation.
Food was good... Need gloves for customers.. Too many people coughing and blowing their nose without washing or sanitizing their hands before going back to buffet
I've been going here since I was a kid. It's cheap, easy, and has a game room. What's not to like? And tvs to watch the game while eating endless pizza ??♂️

This cicis is pretty good. Staff was attentive, food well stocked, and clean considering it's a puzza buffet with many kids. Would recommend for a quick bite with the family.
