Bartender, purple shirt, long dreads TRASH!!!! She had 0 customers at the bar, I mean not 1 person, everyone was running circles around her, and sweating…..she was YELLING at the servers and rude as hell when I asked her a question…..i worked at chilis for a few years….if y’all need a sweet bartender that will have an actual FULL bar, give me a call……she needs to find a job behind doors away from people…..to the 2 sweet servers who helped me THAT SHE YELLED AT TO GET THEIR TABLE WHILE SHE WAS DOING NOTHING, I am so sorry for every single shift you have to see her….
I love the food here. Always fresh and Yummy. They are understaffed and could use a few more waiters/waitresses but to those who muscle through it, I appreciate.My personal favorite are the southeastern Eggrolls in the appetizer section of the menu. Extremely good?
As the title says this place was just plain dirty. The floors were filthy, our table wasn't wiped down properly. The cushion on my booth seat was tattered and food crumbs were in it. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Even the dining room which they hadn't opened for the day yet was dirty. I could go on for along time but won't bore you with all the details. Food was fine waitress/bartender was decent. Based on the cleanliness of this place though I would not recommend it.
Food is almost ALWAYS on point, but this go around my loaded potatoes were brown? and my son Habanero Tenders didn't have much sauce on them so they just tasted like plain wings...But the rest of the meal was great so I didn't call and make a complaint and plus the young man doing curbside was awesome!!? ***UPDATE**** Went tonight to get dinner and my mini bite burgers were raw in the center!! Chicken wings were pale, looked uncooked...I visit several times out the week and month...I won't be returning anytime soon, and they left my strawberry sauce out for my cheesecake ?
I gave it a one-star because the service was good, she tried her best. The food was really bad; I ordered a $22 plate just to eat the corn on the cob. My wife ordered stake fajitas. The meat was cold, the peppers were burnt, and the tortillas were hard. My son got the chicken tenders , more like frozen squid put in the microwave tenders. I'm not going back there again.
The manager was awesome helping with gluten-free choices. The food was out of this world delicious. Our server Tiara was awesome would definitely return. Stopped on our way from Ohio to Florida and couldn't have asked for better service, people, everything was awesome.
Food was fine... they're also suffering from staff shortages. So the experience could have been better.
Due to lack of servers there were only 2 there that day. The restuaunt had open tables all over the place. They would not even seat us with the understanding that it would be a bit b4 we were served. And they said it was an estimated time of 45 min wait... maybe longer. And we were the first ones waiting to be seated. Others came in behind us. We went elsewhere. So did at least 3 other parties that came in behind us.
