Came for lunch today. When I got to the lady outside taking orders she told me she had to go inside and would be right back out. After 20 minutes she never came back out. I pulled around to the speaker to place my order and no one responded for 10 minutes. I called the manager and they told me "sorry there's nothing we can do there is a storm" But it wasn't raining, lightning, or anything outside. I've never had a bad experience at chick fil a but to be told to wait on my lunch break and not have service or my order taken for 30 minutes after that then be told there's nothing they can do. That's pretty terrible.

After a stressful day as a foster parent and adding one to our home temporarily, we decided it was a Chick-fil-A dinner kind of night. Amazing staff as usual, our orders are always right, and the kids love the chicken. We are also loving the new books they are handing out and the kids meals. Our kids are all learning to read and love looking through them together.

This is the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to. I didn't get the sauce I requested, the CSR left me in drive thru to get a new card reader and my sauce was left out of the nuggets, the fries were not fresh and there were many of the skin pieces in my box, ugh. Most likely will kit use this location again.

This was an unusual experience at chick fil a. Are inside, which was the first time in a long time. Ordered grilled sandwich meal and grilled nuggets meals. Took a long time for the food to come out. When it arrived, I didn't have a fork nor chick fil a sauce. Those items are not out for you to get, so I asked for them. The person never came back. She was working behind the counter. I asked someone else and they told me they couldn't find any forks, so I said could I at least get some sauce. He provided 4 sauces which is double what I expected. Had I known they didn't have forks, I would have ordered something else. While I was sitting there, several other families had issues with their meals (not getting all items on the receipt, no drinks, no sauces, very slow service- and it was not busy). Like I said... This is very unusual. Not sure what was going on.

Guy put my order in wrong. I said spicy club no tomato. I got a grilled club with tomato and had to wait 7 minutes for the food to be cooked. When I found the food was wrong, it was already too late to complain as I was already down to Mt Gallant Rd when I finally got it opened. Nothing like biting into a sandwich and getting a mouthful of tomato when you can't stand or wasn't expecting tomato. I always feel rushed when ordering here or at any Chik Fil A. They need to do something to change this ordering model ASAP. You can't verify visually what you get. The guy taking the order had a mask on outdoors and I couldn't understand a word he was saying when he called the order back to me before I paid.

if i could give a zero i would. my experience with chick-fil-a driver- through today has been the worst out of all the time I've been as a signature member with them. this morning at 8:29 am i pulled into chick-fil-a diver - through and placed a Mobil order. i reached the intercom at 8:57am gave them my information about the order. at 9:00am i made it to the window to get my order. at this time i was given my drink and i was ask to pull into a parking spot because my order wasn't ready. one would think after waiting over 30mins my order would be ready and fresh. at this point i was upset and ask for a refund and i was given one at 9:03am. not one time did the employee working the window apologize for the inconvenience. she asked for may credit card to do the refund. after the refund was done she gave my card back and started working on the next person order like i was even a concern anymore. i hate giving bad reviews, however the customer service that was given today was unacceptable to the point i will be reaching out corporate to let them know as well .

Eating at Chick-fil-A has always been a great experience. The food, choices and service is the best. When traveling I select this venue over all others.

Staff didn't give us our drinks and the wait for food inside was much longer than typical for Chick-fil-A. Their primary focus was on the extensive drive thru traffic. Our sandwiches were lukewarm.

It's just chicken y'all. I've been trying to use a gift card for months but never wanted to wait in a line which is constantly to the street. I mean it's good if you want your car idling for at least 20+ minutes but there's other restaurants with no lines next to it.The inside is still closed. You feel rushed to order and there's no menu. I was looking at my phone trying to making an online order to remember what to get. Why not have a small plastic copy for those outside taking orders? You get a printout receipt with no price and they give you bottle water instead of free fountain water.

I love Chick-fil-A but this time I pulled up to the window and had to wait mire than 5 minutes for my order. Two associates were passing out orders to the cars behind me whole isn't there and waited with no reason for the delay. My order was nuggets, sandwich and fries, nothing out of the ordinary.
