Came to this location at 6:30am for breakfast. Was the very first customer of the morning. Placed a mobile order before coming and at 6:45am after sitting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes I was told that they were short staffed and my order still wasn't ready. Was asked if I wanted to wait longer or did I want a refund. I understand the being short staffed issue but how many people does it take to make a damn chicken biscuit. Needless to say I took the refund.

Pulled off the highway to get some breakfast food. Waited in line forever, but still before 10:30. Would have had time if the 2 teens were taking orders instead of chatting. As the girl finally got to our car and asked what we wanted, she was told in her earpiece breakfast was over!! Seriously!!?? Ok...we will take the chicken wrap. But...this location doesn't have them! Reluctantly ordered chicken sandwiches, waited forever AGAIN to pick up food, told they were waiting on fries, waited some more, only to receive cold fries and cold sandwiches. Not a happy customer!!

I don't visit Chick-fil-A often but I seen a commercial bout a new sandwich and I wanted to give it a try. I tried the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Chicken sandwich. It was really good! It was flavorful and fresh tasting.I was happy that they finally allowed dine in, I like my food hot and ready to eat. Took a little long to receive my food cause they were busy but like I said the food was good and hot.

I tried this location since it was close to my hotel. I wasn’t immediately put off by the long line. Im use to long lines at Chick fil a in my state however they always move swiftly. This one was super slow. By the time the young man finished giving me the lengthy list of what they no longer had in stock, I ordered what was left and they got that wrong (mistakes happen so no biggie to me) Food was not good a but still I thought - everybody has a bad day. Today, 7 months later I went back thinking, that day had to be a one off because chick fil a is nationally known for impeccable and consistent service. This time was worst. Food came out, missing two orders of fries, one fork for our three salads, none of the sauces we requested for our four orders of nuggets and most importantly, it all was semi warm and tasted like it had been heated in the microwave about 20 minutes or so ago, They got me twice. Never again though.

The food is good and generally I don’t have any issues when I go but tonight the food was made incorrectly, I went back and they remade it but it was wrong again. They gave me a thing of small fries to compensate, and the third salad they made was finally correct. I had showed them the receipt and luckily I live around the corner so it wasn’t like I was throwing away $12 worth of food but it’s still disappointing to have to go all the way back to fix it when I was just ready to eat. I do have gluten intolerance so that’s why I ordered the grilled food as I did but The first two Mess ups forced me go to back because I couldn’t eat the breading on the chicken. Kinda would love a gift card to make up for this hassle.

This is some of the saltiness food of any place. They put salt all over the fries, telling me that they are so small of a resturant that they can't give me unsalted fries. Now, I know why I stopped eating Chick filet. Too much salt destroys the food taste. If you love salt, this will be a treat for you. Plus, the fries were like warm on top of everything else. Done with Chick Filet.

By far the worst Chick fil-a ever! My order has been incorrect on several occasions and the food quality is poor! This place needs to receive some training from the chick fil a on Cherry Road or travel to the one on Steele Creek to understand customer service, food quality and how to produce the correct order that the customer made!

I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A trouble experience and not the first time. To get a simple salad order with nothing added to the order for the second time smh.... every restaurant should know their peak hours and be prepared especially Chick-fil-A. The wait is never the problem most employees seem nice and get your order correctly Not this one.they really need zero stars because of trouble customer service, orders being completely wrong on several occasions. I have seen things ran alot better at other Chick-fil-A that are busy all the time.

Took 55 minutes from start to finish. The food is alright for the money... but the waiting time was ridiculous and once your in line you can't hardly get out if your tired of waiting.DINNING ROOM AND BATHROOMS CLOSED PER SIGN ON THE DOOR.

This chick Fil a does not have it together, I went this last Friday on my birthday to redeem my free item, I usually drive to cherry rd but decided to give them another try since they are closer but that was a huge mistake. The food was ice cold no butter in the bun nothing! The drive thru took forever and you couldn’t place a mobile order at all! They need to get it together.
