We’ve always loved BWW but the pst couple of years we had a few disappointing experiences at multiple locations. But recently the Rock Hill location has really been a great place to visit. There is a new manager there (sorry I don’t know his name) but he is always there, checks on the guests, and makes sure that things are done the right way. I know managers at restaurants often make their rounds through the dining room now and then, but this feels different. He has a positive energy and feels like he is genuinely happy that we have chosen to eat at his restaurant. That attitude has spilled over into the servers, the cooks, and even the customers. It’s not an exaggeration to say that his leadership stopped us from giving up on all BWW locations and also made us have a new go-to restaurant. Thank you.
Short-staffed and took a bit longer to serve our food, But our Server was apologetic, professional, courteous and appreciated. The food was delicious.Ordered the Hatch Queso and Cauliflower Wings as appetizers and was pleasantly surprised by both. The chips served with the Hatch Queso REALLY ARE homemade.We'll definitely visit again.
When I arrived to pick up my to go order after 20 min, the ticket was not even printed out. they did get it flipped quick. The wings were good but both fries for my orders were cold and hard, there is no way that wasnt noticed. Also all of the carrots and celery were browning and obviously starting to rot, again, no way that wasnt noticed. Just blatant example zero cares.

Good atmosphere, but the service is a little slow. I had to wait over 2 hours to get my food for pick up. Good food and environment, but the extremely slow service is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
The food was good. The service was great. All of the servers were working hard and being consistent the while time.
My 1st time here. I ordered the 5 wings and 5 boneless wings plate. The boneless wings had very little sauce on them. However, the sauce they had tasted good. My wings were ordered with celery and blue cheese and came out with neither. I was told by a different server that the blue cheese would be out in a moment; it never came, and when my server did come by, I mentioned it and got a ranch and celery. So cold wings with ranch and a few drops of sauce it was. I was really hoping this would be a great experience, but it was not.

The bartender is amazing! Went the night before thanksgiving and had the best drinks! Very kind and loving . Will definitely be back. I think her name was Fancy , sweet sweet woman.
